June 15th 2022 A View Looking Out – People

Sometimes we don’t really notice a lot of things until we stop to notice first hand. I have been doing instacart and Uber eats since about February 2022. A love moment to deliver to people. One thing we fail to remember we will always eat. The money aspect doesn’t cross my mind because that will always be there.

However most would not believe the appreciation from grocery or food delivery unless you do it. Knock on wood, not have I had a bad delivery or rude customer and I have made several several deliveries. 100% ratings.. On time deliveries.. Those are just numbers to me that makes no sense. As I would rather a customer get every order precise with no mistake than rush and have a mad customer. But this is done with my inner soul.. Helping others has always run heavy in my veins.

Its something about pulling up in one’s driveway and being greeted. Greeted, actually very happy I showed up. Now think about this: covid lockdown took our demeanor and shook us to what’s next? Not anyone had a clue of the outcome.. We are still here.. ( yes a lot lost lives, and its horrible that it still stings the world). Yet people are happy to see I care to take time and care about how I present myself, friendly, and care for their items. For me, walking away – I see a customer smiling, happy and my good deed is complete at that delivery. Looking out people are stuck in lockdown mode to a sense.

What happend to kindness and friendly is my next outlook.? This to me is not just a job, delivery I will run on gas fumes to make someone happy.. Interact with customers chatting while doing their shopping.. Believe it or not I hear stories of disrespectful delivery people. Why? Why be rude when you are your own boss? What does misery and your boss have in common? Right your own boss is you! Happiness is poured from the bottle.. If the bottle is sour – well what goes in the glass is polluting the air.. If your bottle has that effect on the environment, please take the lid off and get some fresh air and look at the beauty the world has to offer..

As I get ready to grocery shop for others, sweating and hot.. I know my customers will be happy knowing I care to help another. With this being said, how does your outlook define you? Are people just people trying to survive in this race of life? Or are you the person who stops to finish as an inner beast to help as many as you can? For myself, everyday is a new day to lace up the Nike and work harder.. If you choose to lace up and give your all today, let me get a hell yea!

Until our besutiful minds meet again.. Be safe out there, much love and blessing.. Remember Everyday Minds Matter.. 💜 Della🦋

⏰Sleeping With The Mental Mess

Sleep Through It

Your first thought is, “Oh my, I am not alone.” And then you think, “Well of course I am not alone—there are billions of us!” Just to crawl back in bed, grab the pillow. Ah! To be in that comfy spot, for as long as you want. Its true that we must sleep for the body to heal. Then thoughts start to bring the mental mess, just to sleep would stop those creepers. .You can feel yourself trumbling into a pit of self-doubt and despair. But then you remember that nobody knows what the right way of being is, so it doesn’t make sense to judge your particular version or anyone else’s. We are all just trying our best and this moment too shall pass.

You have spent many hours trying to figure out what makes life worth living—but now here you are with no answers at all except for the most basic ones: food, sleep and love (and varying amounts thereof). As we try to get through the crazy in the world, we forget about the moment. Glad to be present and focused. Ignoring all the needs and wants, leaving us confused.

Here are ideas to help clear the mess;

Perfection is your enemy.

As an artistic type, you are probably a perfectionist. You will also likely be very hard on yourself, always striving for the best outcome and beating yourself up when it doesn’t happen.

That’s all great, but sometimes in order to get something done or make something happen (like stepping out of your comfort zone), we have to stop being so hard on ourselves and realize that our best is good enough. Take a calm approach instead of getting defeating. Be patient to get things done.

We must learn how to accept imperfection as part of our creative process—and remember that there are no right answers! We are all unique individuals who look at the world in different ways; therefore nothing will ever fit exactly as it should or be perfect according to our own standards. Be patient with your achievements, as its only our own standards for the final results.. If you give your best then know its good enough.

Nothing can be solved in a single day.

if we learn anything it’s you can’t expect to fix everything in a given day. It takes time to get through challenges. Sometimes it can be best to make a plan of action. It can be difficult to solve a challenge without finding a solution. Seeing how you will solve the problem in writing; can help visualize needs to a solution.

One of the most important things I’ve learned is to not beat myself up over something, if I don’t succeed at something once trying. Each challenge helps us to learn what works and what doesn’t work. Its okay if you don”t get it straight away.

This is because problems take time to solve, and you can’t change everything in a day (or even a week). It’s also important to have a routine and stick to it as much as possible. Everyone has good days and bad days, so it’s best to get used to this fact and learn how to deal with them.

Everyone’s just as lost as you.

We are all dealing with personal challenges. How we handle challenges is our special task that we learn overtime, our own way.

If you can’t ask for help ask for advice. Given in today’s society thevstruggles are real as ever. Its a messy world and so much to deal with, its easy to want to sleep through it. Sadly it just doesn’t pass over night. You wake up to start the mental mess all over. The problem isn’t still there as we left it.

It’s okay to not be okay

There are no shoulds or musts anymore.. Its a world where we learn to solve problems our way. Most importantly when we aren’t okay, its okay to create a plan. Awareness is what helps us when we aren’t okay. Just being aware can give us options. These option are what feels right or wrong. Knowingly, if you need advice resources are available. If you need to talk those people exist. Its what gets your needs meet.

You can do what you want. You don’t need to follow a certian way and some decisions in life don’t have to be life-changing. No one should tell you otherwise, unless you feel unable to make your own choices or decisions.

You always have choices—and that includes the choice not to make a choice. You can decide not to decide for as long as it makes sense for you, and that decision won’t hurt anyone or anything else. In fact if decisions help then: The less pressure on yourself from external forces (including from others), can be better!

It’s okay to get help.

You can’t do this alone, and neither should you try. Talk to your friends and family, and consider seeing a professional if you need one. You’re in good company—your friends and family are more likely than not going through the same stuff as you!

Be careful what you say yes to, because it can change everything. You know what best for your own being. Just don’t let matters continue to worsen without seeking help for your own being. Prolonged mental health concerns can get worse. Take care of yourself. You are not selfish to need self care.

Until our minds meet again. Be safe out there. Blessing and much love. Remember Everyday Mind’s Matters 🌸

🌳Behavior Triggered by Others Actions

When you see your behavior as a reaction to other people’s actions, it can help you handle the situation differently. This is because it shifts your focus away from trying to control their behavior, which you have no power over. Instead, take time to think about what they might be doing with their behavior and what this means for you.

It’s important to remember that even though we may not always have control over another person’s actions, we do always have control over our own responses and behaviors. If someone else makes a decision that affects us negatively (for example by leaving us without adequate notice), then we need to let go of any expectations that they should behave differently in the future so that we don’t continue feeling upset about it or blaming them for how we feel now or in the future.

Emotions

The next area of human behavior we examine is emotions. Emotions are the result of our thinking and experiences, but they can also be incredibly helpful in guiding us to make decisions that benefit us or others.

Emotions are a part of human behavior and can be positive or negative. They can help us make better decisions by helping us to see things from a different perspective and allow ourselves room for change as well as growth.

Thoughts, beliefs and assumptions

Your thoughts, beliefs and assumptions are the foundation for your behavior. You will want to be able to recognize when they are not helpful and change them so that you can be more effective in managing your behavior.

Some examples of a thought: “I’m going to lose my job.”

A belief: “If I get fired again it’s because I’m not good enough.”

An assumption: If I do not have a job then my family will suffer financially.

When we say something like “I am going to lose my job” we make an assumption based on what we think someone else might say if they were aware of our thoughts. We create this story about ourselves that often makes us feel powerless and out of control over the situation – which can lead us into feelings such as frustration or anger towards others (i.e., blaming).

Triggers behind your actions

Triggers are the reason behind your actions. They can be positive or negative.

The positive triggers are what pushes you to do things, such as when a friend asks you to go out to eat and you feel excited about it. The negative triggers are what makes you want to avoid doing things, such as when someone says they don’t want to hang out with you and it makes you feel sad or angry.

When identifying your triggers, ask yourself: “What led me here?” or “What was going through my mind at that time?” This will help determine what is causing these feelings so they can then be changed!

How can I change my trigger? If something happens that causes negative emotions in me (like feeling sad), maybe try talking about it with someone I trust instead of avoiding them like I usually do! That way we both get some support from the other person instead of just one person feeling bad about themselves because their plans have been cancelled due to their own behavior patterns!”

Commitment

Commitment is the spark that lights the fire of change. The more a person is committed to an outcome, the more likely he or she will achieve it. If you want to make significant changes in your life, you need to make a significant commitment along with it.

You can’t expect one small leap forward after another to have any lasting impact on your life; however, if you are going big or going home (or both), these small leaps will add up over time and transform into something much bigger than they seem at first glance.

This applies not only to behavioral changes but also new habits as well—if you want your new habit of flossing every night at bedtime become ingrained in your routine (and ultimately part of who you are), then it’s time for some serious commitment action!

Commitments come in all sizes: some are smaller commitments like “I’m going go running tomorrow morning,” while others are larger commitments such as “I will lose 20 pounds by my 30th birthday.”

To change your behavior you must first understand it better.

The first step to changing your behavior is to understand it better. You must understand that behavior is a response to a trigger. It is not something that happens randomly or without reason, but rather it occurs because of some sort of stimulus in your environment or life. The second thing you must know before changing your behavior is that all positive changes start with motivation and commitment. If you are not willing to commit yourself fully and completely then nothing will ever change in any way shape or form!

Behavior and action, have thought us the triggers are caused by emotions, actions, and behavior. To make change its important to understand the reason of behavior. The more we understand the cause of behavior, known as the triggers, we are able to respond differently. Emotions can result to behaviors to others actions. Knowing how to stop poor behavior will reduce emotional response. Be committed to understanding triggers, so you can manage behavior and actions. Allowing the natural abilities to help reduce unpredictable actions..
