Balancing: Body and Mind – Army of One

2023 is a tumultuous year, where the world is still operating on an unbalanced and unsteady axel. This analogy applies to our own lives as well – with so many responsibilities weighing us down, we can find ourselves off-kilter and struggling to regain balance. It’s our duty to get back up on our feet again no matter how often life knocks us down. The idea of falling down and getting back up again may seem cliché but it’s a necessary step in life’s journey. Standing back up to balance can be crippling depending on the situation to overcome.

As we struggle with work, relationships, family, and other everyday tasks. We must remind ourselves that there will always be times of great stress when we have no choice; but to fall down in order to move forward. Each of us is responsible for ourselves – for finding stability in a world that seems constantly chaotic. There are no guarantees in life, so when we inevitably fall, it’s important that we stand up and look for the next path forward without fear or hesitation. We should focus on growing from our struggles rather than simply giving into despair or pessimism. This is the only way we can continue building towards a better future where balance can truly be found once more. We all want the same thing – a world that turns in the proper direction without wear and tear from being burdened by such heavy loads. Until then, however, each of us has to strive towards this vision through taking small steps while never letting failure discourage us from believing in better days ahead.

Life is still filled with obstacles and hardships. Our paths have often become twisted and tilted, leading us in unexpected directions that we never thought possible. While it can be discouraging at times, it’s also essential to learn how to overcome these struggles as it teaches us to build resilience and fortitude within ourselves. Despite our obstacles, one of the things we strive for is a world that turns in a proper direction and provides a platform for everyone to succeed. This can be difficult because of the amount of wear and tear that comes with carrying such a heavy load but this only pushes us forward and helps us learn to navigate our way through unfamiliar territory. It requires hard work, dedication, commitment and above all else, determination. Though the journey ahead can seem intimidating, remember you are never alone. We all face challenging circumstances from time to time and if we stumble or get thrown off balance there is always an opportunity to fall down and start again. Whether it’s dealing with loss or finding new ways of moving forward, building a world where we are allowed to grow on our own two feet should be our primary focus in order to create a more equitable future for generations to come.

It’s a difficult and lonely journey at times, to go through life feeling unbalanced, weak and uncertain. You may have faced tragedy or struggle, like so many of us, that leaves you feeling completely drained and with little hope for the future. But it is possible to find balance, strength and courage even in those difficult moments when everything seems lost. All it takes is taking one step at a time, just one finger on the ledge. Though you may feel overwhelmed by pain and exhaustion, there is still a deep-seated strength inside you that can push you forward – even if it doesn’t seem like it in the moment. That inner voice, telling you “you got this” is the most important thing to listen to. That little whisper from within is the only friend who will always be there for you – no matter what happens in life. So listen to it! Use it as your guiding light whenever times are tough and darkness descends around you. Your mind is powerful beyond measure and will see you through whatever comes your way.

The power of life lies in the feet – two for balance and one for each body and mind. During hard times our faith is tested, we may lose hope, or feel that we are standing on the edge of disaster. But instead of letting fear take control, focus on what’s next: grip that ledge and climb up bit by bit, even when every fiber of your body screams in pain. Life edges may be sharp with deep rugged roads but inside us lives a strength so great it can help us make it through any challenge.

This inner strength has its own voice which tells us “you got this!” A reminder that we can push forward even when it feels impossible. This friend within us helps us conquer the obstacles in our way, gives us courage, fire and fearlessness – the perfect companion to see us through the toughest situations. A dedicated cheerleader that lifts us up and pushes us to our limits. So when life gets tough, remember to look within yourself for answers as your mind will always be there to save you.

The Psychology of Our New World: How COVID-19 Has Changed Us Immune System, Perception, and More

Photo by cottonbro studio on Pexels.com

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the world in more ways than we can imagine. It has impacted every aspect of our lives, from how we work to how we socialize, and even how our bodies and minds respond to the environment around us. In this blog post, we will explore the psychological impacts of this global health crisis, looking at how our immune systems, perception, and mental health have been altered by the pandemic. We will also discuss the potential long-term effects of these changes on our future mental and physical well-being.

Our Immune System
As the world adjusts to a new way of life due to the COVID-19 pandemic, one area that is receiving a lot of attention is how it has changed our immune system. It is well known that the virus has a profound effect on our bodies and can cause severe illness in many cases. But the effects may go even deeper than we originally thought.
Recent studies have shown that the virus can have an impact on our immune system, potentially weakening it and making us more susceptible to other infections. Our bodies’ natural defenses are not as strong as they once were, and this could have far reaching consequences. It also may be more difficult to fight off certain infections, including those related to colds, influenza, and other respiratory illnesses.
In addition, some researchers believe that the virus could potentially alter the way our immune system works and make us more vulnerable to autoimmune diseases such as arthritis and lupus. This could mean an increased risk of developing these conditions and difficulty in treating them.
These changes to our immune system could have a drastic effect on our lives for years to come. It is essential that we take all necessary precautions to protect ourselves from the virus and also keep our immune system functioning at its best. Taking steps such as washing your hands regularly, wearing a mask, and avoiding crowds will help ensure that you remain healthy and reduce your risk of contracting any infection or disease. If you do contract a virus, rest and drink plenty of fluids to aid in recovery. Keep up with vaccinations as recommended by your doctor or pharmacist so that if a serious illness does break out, your body is ready to fight back!

Our Perception
The pandemic has had a huge impact on our daily lives and, with it, our perception of the world around us. It’s changed how we view everything from the way we interact with people to our sense of safety and security.
In terms of our psychology, we’ve experienced a range of different emotions and responses. We’ve gone through a roller coaster of fear, anxiety, anger, and sadness. We’ve felt overwhelmed, powerless, and helpless. We’ve also gone through periods of hope and joy.
It’s natural to be affected by all of these feelings. But it’s important to remember that they don’t define who we are or dictate how we should live our lives.
The key to getting through this tough time is to focus on what we can control. Instead of dwelling on the things that are out of our hands, try to stay focused on the present moment and look for ways to make the most of it.
It’s also important to take care of ourselves mentally and physically during this time. We can do things like eat healthy, exercise, get plenty of rest, and practice mindfulness. This will help us stay balanced and grounded in the midst of all the uncertainty.
By taking care of ourselves, we can better cope with the changes that COVID-19 has brought into our lives. It may feel like the world has changed forever, but remember that life may not return to normal anytime soon- but we will be stronger for having gone through it. We have overcome the changes and pushed through, that’s all we can do. It’s tough at times, reach out for help if needed, Try new projects to change routine, learn a new hobby, or just take time for yourself.

Mental Fog
The novel coronavirus pandemic has completely changed the way we view the world and our place in it. While the physical ramifications of the virus have been well-documented, it is important to consider its psychological effects as well. One of the most pronounced psychological phenomena to arise from the pandemic has been mental fog.
In order to combat this mental fog, it is important to take steps to reduce your overall stress levels. Taking regular breaks and getting enough sleep are essential in allowing your mind and body to recover from the stress of the pandemic. Additionally, engaging in activities that allow you to relax and destress, such as exercise, meditation, or spending time in nature, can help you regain clarity and focus. Finally, it is important to remain connected with your friends and family during this time, as social support is a crucial component in mental well-being.
By taking the time to manage your stress levels, you can help mitigate the mental fog that comes with living through this pandemic. Doing so can help you regain focus and clarity, and ultimately lead to a more positive outlook for our new world. Before COVID-19 emerged, people often reached out to their friends and families when they needed help managing their stress levels. However, due to restrictions on close contact imposed by health officials as a measure against the spread of the virus, many people struggle with finding ways to cope with this devastating pandemic alone. The effects of Covid-19 are long-term. Sometimes you may find yourself feeling depressed and just blah. It’s all around us, needless to say, feeling unsure, confused, or just tired is a new normal. If you feel like your mental health is being compromised by how the outbreak has affected your life, please reach out for support. Mental fog is something I have recently discovered for myself. Thinking, focusing, and balancing life can be trying at time. Forgetting to do important things or simple task left undone. It’s very common to not notice the long-term effects of Covid-19 . As we over look the little things, since it’s a mental fog – forgetfulness. 😁

It not easy trying to maintain a positive outlook for days ahead. Our mental health has been tested to the fullest. I could be wrong, but as time passes, more people are isolating once again. Seemingly, isolation is the new “comfort zone”. As we try to make sense of all this inflation, viruses, and new world – take time to prioritize your own well being. Take care of your physical and mental health everyday.

Until our beautiful minds meet again, be safe out there. Many blessings and much love. Remember Everyday Minds Matter -Della 💞🦋

The Unbelievable Truth About Life After Death: What Our Panoramic Visions Can Tell Us

Visions

The latest scientific studies have revealed some incredible things about what happens to us after we die, most of which you won’t believe until you see it with your own eyes! This blog post discusses the latest discoveries and what they mean for the future of humankind.

How we view life after death
So what does all of this mean? This is a glimpse into the future. These are visions of what life after death looks like. At its simplest, we see that there is more going on than just the binary living or dead state. It’s not just black and white, but rather multicolored with many shades of gray. In other words, there might be some sort of afterlife after all, and it’s something we should keep an open mind about if we want to answer the ultimate question of life. However, for now, let’s focus on being alive. There is so much more to do and experience in this world before crossing over – at least for most people – and the best way to enjoy that time is by opening our minds up to new ideas and experiences.

Why do we have near-death experiences?
Near-death experiences are thought to happen due to a release of life-saving chemicals called neurotransmitters and endorphins. These naturally occurring compounds can potentially lead to an out-of-body experience in which there is an awareness of one’s own death, passage into another world, or an immersion in one’s own thoughts. It could also be the result of hallucinations caused by oxygen deprivation or head trauma as the body tries to protect itself from oxygen loss during its final moments. In rare cases, it may be related to epilepsy. There are also many theories that try to explain why we have near-death experiences; some say it is because we’re about to rejoin our loved ones who have passed away while others say it is because we’re about to leave this world for good.

What are the main causes of near-death experiences?
One of the main causes of a near-death experience is lack of oxygen. Studies show that there are two basic brain function patterns that take place in a near-death experience, hypoxia and hypercarbia. The hypoxia is when there’s not enough oxygen in the body and the person becomes sleepy and has trouble concentrating; this usually only lasts for about 10 seconds before it makes its way to the more serious hypercarbia. Hypercarbia means there’s too much carbon dioxide in the blood stream which can be caused by any number of things including heart attack or suffocation. If a person survives with their brain functioning, they’ll have memories of what happened during the time they had limited oxygen.

Why aren’t we all reporting NDEs?
We can only guess, but it is possible that most people who experience this simply don’t report it because they feel like their experiences are not unusual. Many people have heard stories of NDEs and deathbed visions from older relatives or friends, but those older relatives and friends never share these stories because they’re afraid to worry the younger generation. It’s also possible that a person may be in denial about their own death, so when an NDE happens, they may choose to believe it was just a dream or hallucination. It could also be the case that some people have been embarrassed by a frightening experience (such as feeling trapped in darkness) and so never tell anyone about it.

How does the soul leave the body?
People, especially in Western society, often ask how does the soul leave the body? This process can happen in three different ways. The first is from the physical body. As we grow older, our cells die and deteriorate to a point where we no longer have a functioning body. When this happens, there’s an absence of life coming from the person and it’s likely they have died as well. The second way is when a person who dies has their spirit take over another living being. In other words, the dying person takes possession of someone else’s body in order to live on. The third way is through an out-of-body experience (OBE). It’s said that OBEs occur for two reasons:
1) death may be imminent and the spirit needs time to prepare for what will come next; or
2) at any given moment one might not be aware that he or she has left his or her physical body and will return soon enough.

Purpose of Our Panoramic Visions
We’ve all heard the horror stories of people who have had near-death experiences and were pronounced clinically dead, only to awaken later in a hospital with stories of seeing heaven. But what does this all mean? Is there life after death? Where do we go when we die? Is there an afterlife? These are some of the questions that many philosophers and spiritual leaders ponder. Near-death experiencers (NDErs) who come back from the brink of death tell us about their visions and memories, but it’s hard to know if they’re just making it up or really saw something. One possible explanation is that these panoramic visions are nothing more than hallucinations. In other words, they’re products of our own imagination – while we still live on earth – as a way for our brain to cope with dying. NDErs may experience tunnel vision or a sensation of weightlessness before going through the tunnel, but then find themselves floating above themselves at the moment of death. They then see themselves in darkness; often experiencing vivid images such as family members and friends waiting for them on the other side. Some even report meeting God during their experience. It’s possible that NDEs give people hope at times when things look bleakest, since so many describe meeting loved ones and feeling peace during these moments. Furthermore, they provide evidence that there may be life after death and point to a possible truthfulness of Christianity. And yet, skeptics argue that it’s impossible to prove the existence of an afterlife because we can’t disprove its nonexistence either. We will never know for sure whether there is life after death until we finally pass away ourselves. That said, I’ll bet you wouldn’t mind taking your chances if you knew you could meet your deceased loved ones again. To me, it seems like there has to be more to the story. While living humans can generate images of their own imagination within the last seconds before death, I would like to believe that there is something beyond death’s threshold waiting for me. I am willing to accept my fate as long as my soul doesn’t stay alone forever. In Mt personal experience, my eyes has experienced the realm that awaits. Not a hallucination that some claim. In moments of unexpected , visions and NBE’s have taught me about death and life after. It’s an option for each of us to believe or to not believe. But to have the experience is something worth sharing with those around you.

Can We See the Afterlife?
Not only can our panoramic visions tell us about the afterlife, but they can also help us reach spiritual enlightenment. These visions act as a reminder of who we are and what’s happening in the world around us, ultimately allowing us to live a life that is more satisfying than anything we could have imagined before. Many people today are searching for the meaning of their existence, or looking for some type of spirituality. They turn to ancient religions and practices because they want an answer from someone else – an answer from someone other than themselves. With a panoramic vision these people may find their answers through an awakening into consciousness so deep it makes them realize how insignificant their worries really were. In this way, this form of visual art can be used as a tool for personal transformation and growth toward spiritual enlightenment. Each day we live life as we know it. Yet this life doesn’t compare to the spiritual realm that comes in the right time. It’s an inner peace of freedom to live life joyfully.

Those who are dying don’t cry, preparing for eternal life
The end of life as we know it is a difficult and often dreaded concept. But for those who have faced death, there is something different that lies beyond—the possibility of eternal life. In recent years, more and more individuals have reported having panoramic visions during near-death experiences, which are said to offer glimpses into what lies ahead in the afterlife.
These visions have been described as being incredibly vivid and profound. They may involve a range of phenomena, from hearing beautiful music or feeling a strong sense of love and peace, to seeing loved ones who have already passed away or travelling through a tunnel of light. According to those who have experienced these visions, they can offer insight into the afterlife, allowing us to understand more about what may be waiting for us after death.
For those who are dying, these visions can provide great comfort and reassurance. Many report not feeling afraid or worried during their vision, even when faced with the ultimate mystery of mortality. Instead, they often feel a profound sense of peace and acceptance as they prepare for their journey towards the afterlife.
These panoramic visions can also provide an important opportunity for the dying to gain closure with their loved ones. By getting a glimpse of what awaits them after death, the dying can take comfort in the fact that they will soon be reunited with those who have gone before them. In this way, these visions can be incredibly powerful in helping to provide solace and comfort during an otherwise difficult and frightening time.
It is clear that these panoramic visions offer a unique window into the afterlife. Whether they are interpreted as literal depictions or as metaphorical representations of what awaits us on the other side, they can offer insight into life after death and help bring peace to those facing the end of their earthly life. These visions reveal that, although life after death might be difficult to comprehend, it doesn’t need to be feared. If you think of the transition of a loved one, tears never surfaced. The inner peace is visual to the point of a happiness in transition. What awaits can’t be real until we make the transition for ourselves. Until then we can believe that eternal life is everything we hope for.

What Happens When We Die?
You might have an idea about what happens when we die. It’s easy to guess that when the body dies, our spirit or essence moves on or goes somewhere else. While there are many possibilities of what could happen at death, one thing is for sure; your life as you know it will cease to exist. But this doesn’t mean that everything stops with death. There is a lot more happening in the universe than what we can see from Earth and this includes energy, light and love going on past physical death.

Hallucinating before death
Hallucinations are usually a result of neural activity in the brain, brought on by disease or injury. This is true for hallucinations that occur before death as well. For those who experience hallucinations before death, what they see will most likely come from their own thoughts and imaginings. There are stories of people with Alzheimer’s creating their perfect world before passing away, even if it means ending their life prematurely to be free from mental distress. It has been documented that children with terminal illnesses may have visions about heaven prior to dying. These cases are rare, but show how much we can learn about life after death through our panoramic visions. We don’t know exactly what these visions mean or where they come from. It could be a hallucination brought on by neural activity in the brain, an afterlife projecting their desires onto this reality, or a glimpse into another dimension we cannot comprehend. All of these explanations are plausible at this point; more research needs to be done so that one day we can finally understand the afterlife.

cconclusion
The idea of life after death has long been a source of debate and fascination. While it remains impossible to definitively answer the question of what happens after we die, our panoramic visions can offer some insight into what might be in store. Our visions offer a glimpse into a potential afterlife, where we can continue to explore our spiritual nature and enjoy eternal peace. By understanding what our panoramic visions can tell us about life after death, we can better understand our own mortality and ultimately find peace.
In this post, we’ve explored what our panoramic visions can tell us about life after death. We’ve seen that these visions provide a unique opportunity for us to gain insight into what may lie beyond the veil of death. We’ve discussed how our visions offer the promise of a potential afterlife, filled with peace and serenity. Lastly, we’ve considered how understanding our panoramic visions can help us come to terms with our own mortality and ultimately find peace.
As we reflect on life after death, we can draw strength from our panoramic visions. These visions provide us with an invaluable opportunity to explore our spiritual nature and come to terms with the inevitable end of our earthly lives. With each vision, we gain insight into a potential afterlife that is filled with peace and serenity. We can draw strength and comfort from our panoramic visions as we strive to make the most of the time we have in this world.

Why Can’t You Cry? The Connection Between Schizoid Personality Disorder and Alexithymia

Many mental health disorders, such as depression and anxiety, are marked by their emotional symptoms. People who suffer from major depressive disorder can feel down in the dumps and often struggle to get out of bed each day; people with panic disorder may have recurring attacks that cause them to fear public spaces; people with social phobia may be so afraid of rejection that they avoid most social situations altogether. But what if you have no emotions at all?

What is schizoid personality disorder?
Schizoid personality disorder is a mental health disorder that is characterized by difficulty in forming social relationships and little to no interest in activities of a social nature. People with schizoid personality disorder often avoid close relationships, even with family members, and are often seen as aloof, detached, and indifferent. They may also have a hard time expressing emotions and tend to be loners. While it is not completely clear what causes this disorder, it is believed to be a combination of genetic factors and environmental influences. The symptoms of schizoid personality disorder can vary from person to person, but usually involve avoidance of social activities and lack of interest in people and relationships. Additionally, individuals may lack the ability to express emotions or experience pleasure in activities that other people enjoy. In extreme cases, they may become apathetic and uninterested in self-care. Due to their difficulties with interpersonal relationships and emotional expression, people with schizoid personality disorder can find themselves lonely or isolated. In some instances they might turn to alcohol or drugs as a means of self-medicating these feelings. However, this typically leads to more problems such as addiction.
Schizoid personality disorder
can cause sufferers to feel very alone and disconnected from those around them or anyone at all for that matter.

What is alexithymia?
Alexithymia is sometimes found in individuals with Schizoid Personality Disorder. Schizoid Personality Disorder is a mental health disorder characterized by a lack of interest in social relationships, emotional detachment, and a tendency to focus on inner thoughts and feelings rather than external events or relationships. People with this disorder may also have difficulty expressing themselves in a socially acceptable manner.
Individuals with Schizoid Personality Disorder often present with difficulty recognizing and expressing emotion, which can manifest itself as alexithymia. This can create challenges in communication, as the individual may not be able to accurately express their feelings or understand the feelings of others. This can lead to misunderstandings and hurt feelings between them and the people around them.
Alexithymia is an important part of Schizoid Personality Disorder, and understanding it is key to recognizing and treating this disorder. It is important for individuals suffering from this disorder to receive proper treatment to help them manage their symptoms and improve their quality of life.

How are the two conditions related?
Schizoid personality disorder and alexithymia are both mental health conditions that can have a profound effect on an individual’s life. While the two disorders have distinct differences, they can also be closely related.
People with schizoid personality disorder are typically isolated, withdrawn, and disinterested in relationships or social activities. They may lack empathy and find it difficult to connect emotionally with others. Alexithymia is an inability to identify, express, and understand one’s own emotions. It is also characterized by a limited range of emotional experiences, and difficulty in recognizing the feelings of others.
The link between schizoid personality disorder and alexithymia lies in the fact that people with schizoid personality disorder often struggle to recognize, express, and process their own emotions. This is a key symptom of alexithymia. Additionally, those with schizoid personality disorder may lack the motivation to engage in social activities, leading to a greater difficulty in forming meaningful relationships and identifying the emotions of others.
Therefore, it’s not surprising that research has shown a strong correlation between schizoid personality disorder and alexithymia. It is important to note, however, that the two conditions are distinct and should be treated as such. While it may be difficult for those with schizoid personality disorder to recognize and express their own emotions, it is possible with proper treatment. Therapy, medication, and lifestyle changes can all help individuals with schizoid personality disorder better understand their emotions and improve their overall quality of life.

What are the treatment options for schizoid personality disorder and alexithymia?
When it comes to treating schizoid personality disorder and alexithymia, there are many options available. Depending on the severity of the disorder, treatment may include psychotherapy, medication, lifestyle changes, and support groups.
Psychotherapy is often recommended as the primary treatment for schizoid personality disorder. Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) has been shown to be effective in treating this condition by helping people learn better coping skills, identify triggers for their negative behavior, and learn how to express their emotions in a healthier way. In addition, supportive psychotherapy can help individuals better understand their condition and build confidence in their ability to engage with others.
Medication may also be used to help manage symptoms of schizoid personality disorder. Commonly prescribed medications may include antidepressants and mood stabilizers. These medications can help manage depression and anxiety related to the condition.
Lifestyle changes are important for those dealing with schizoid personality disorder. Exercise and stress reduction techniques such as yoga, meditation, or tai chi can help manage stress levels and improve overall well-being. Socializing is also important, as it can help individuals practice communication skills and gain confidence in social settings.
Finally, support groups can be an invaluable source of support for those with schizoid personality disorder. Connecting with others who understand what you’re going through can help reduce feelings of isolation and provide hope for recovery.
No matter what treatment option is chosen, it’s important to find a qualified mental health professional who understands your needs and can create an individualized treatment plan that best suits your lifestyle. With the right support and treatment, those with schizoid personality disorder and alexithymia can lead a fulfilling life.

Fall into Season 🍁

❄️

Fall into the Season 🎄
Photo by aj povey on Pexels.com

What is it about fall and winter that makes us feel some kind of a way? The changing of leaves, beautiful scenery, holidays, cool evenings, winter boots, flannel shirts, and cuddling in front of the fireplace. These months are darkened by the time change (falling back/springing forward), but that’s where I find my favorites; comforting outfits and foods to warm me up from the inside out when it starts to get chilly! As the nights cool to a brisk chill, time change days are shortened, and the changing of the leaves. It’s part of mother nature to clean from all the mess we made during spring and summer months. Fall is cooler to kill off germs, bacteria, and sickness. Changing of leaves reminds me of the “out with the old,in with the new”. A time to regroup ourselves. Everything seems to slow down in pace, comfort is more noticeable than spring and summer months. It reminds me of cleaning our minds and inner being. As time creates laziness, “me time”, and our thoughts fall in season.

🍁 The changing of leaves 🍂
As the days begin to shorten and the temperature drops, the leaves start to change and create a stunning visual all over the world. The trees, normally alive with greens and browns, transform into a canvas of reds, oranges, and yellows. With the changing of leaves comes a subtle reminder of the changing of seasons.
The changing of leaves is not only beautiful to look at, but it can be a source of comfort as well. It serves as a reminder that despite the darkening of days and the chill in the air, new life is around the corner. The leaves may be dying and falling off, but they symbolize the hope that spring will come eventually. This hope brings warmth to our hearts and minds as we enter into a season of darkness and cold.
The changing of leaves also gives us an opportunity to take part in outdoor activities while enjoying nature. Whether it’s going on a hike to see the changing foliage, or just taking a leisurely stroll through the park, there are plenty of opportunities to appreciate and admire nature’s seasonal 🍁transformation.
The changing of leaves is truly a magical experience that brings with it the promise of brighter days ahead. As we take in the beauty of this special time of year, may we all find comfort in knowing that the light will eventually return.

🦋 Beautiful scenery
As the days get shorter and the temperatures start to drop, we are reminded of all the beauty that the fall and winter months bring. The changing of leaves creates a stunning display of vibrant oranges, reds, and yellows that blanket the ground. Trees become adorned with colorful foliage, 🍂making them look like a masterpiece crafted by an artist. The scent of pumpkin spice, cinnamon, and fresh apples fills the air, bringing warmth and comfort.
The crisp autumn air gives us the perfect opportunity to take a walk and admire the natural beauty of nature. The chilly evenings provide us with an excuse to curl up by the fire and enjoy some hot cocoa. And, of course, who could forget winter snowfall? The sight of snowflakes falling from the sky can be mesmerizing; it’s like a winter wonderland. ❄️
The fall and winter months offer so much beauty and tranquility, it’s no wonder why we feel some kind of a way when they roll around. From the changing of leaves to the winter snowfall, these two seasons provide us with a unique experience that can only be appreciated in person. So grab your scarf, wrap yourself up in a cozy blanket, and go out and explore all that these months have to offer.

❄️ Holidays
There is something truly special about the fall and winter months. Whether it be the changing of leaves, the beautiful scenery, or the holidays, these months bring out a unique sense of comfort and joy in all of us. During this time, evenings become cooler, sweaters come out, boots are worn and many of us find ourselves cuddling up in front of a warm fireplace. 🔥
Holidays are an integral part of the fall and winter months. From Halloween to Christmas, there are so many opportunities to spend quality time with family and friends, share stories and create memories that will last a lifetime. Celebrating holidays is a great way to celebrate tradition and make each season special.
For those who find themselves living far away from family and friends during the holidays, there are still plenty of ways to experience the joys of the season. One way is to celebrate alone by indulging in favorite holiday activities such as baking treats, decorating the house, or wrapping presents. Doing these activities alone can bring just as much joy as spending time with others.
No matter how you choose to spend your fall and winter months, remember to cherish each moment and create wonderful memories that will last forever.

🆒 Cool evenings
As the summer months come to an end, we are blessed with cooler evenings and the changing of leaves. The sun sets earlier and earlier, leaving us with a peaceful darkness to embrace. 👢 Winter boots
It’s no surprise that winter boots are one of the most essential items to have during the fall and winter months. Not only do they keep your feet warm and dry, but they also add a stylish touch to any outfit. Whether you’re heading out for a night on the town or just wanting to stay cozy around the house, there’s nothing like slipping into a pair of warm and stylish winter boots.
From slip-on ankle boots to fur-lined shearling styles, there are so many options to choose from when it comes to winter boots. Look for weatherproof materials such as leather, suede, rubber, and synthetic fabrics to ensure your feet stay warm and dry. When shopping for winter boots, make sure you pick a pair that fits snugly and provides support for your feet – this will help keep you comfortable throughout the colder months.
If you’re looking for some serious warmth and coziness, try pairing your winter boots with thick wool socks or thermal liners. This is a great way to keep your feet extra warm in cold climates. You can also dress up your winter boots with a pair of thick leg warmers or leg protectors for extra coverage.
No matter what style or type of winter boot you choose, there’s no doubt that these cozy footwear essentials are perfect for battling the chilly temperatures of fall and winter!

🧥 Flannel shirts
The cooler months of fall and winter bring with them a unique set of feelings that can be hard to put into words. Whether it’s the changing leaves, cozy evenings, or winter fashion, something about this time of year just feels special. One of the most iconic winter staples is the flannel shirt.
Flannel shirts offer the perfect balance of comfort and style. Not only are they warm and comfortable, but they can also add an element of style to any outfit. You can pair a flannel shirt with jeans for a casual, relaxed look or dress it up with trousers for a more formal occasion. You can find flannel shirts in a variety of colors and patterns, allowing you to express your individual style.
Flannel shirts also make great gifts for friends and family. They’re versatile enough that anyone can enjoy wearing them, from young children to elderly adults. Whether you’re looking for something practical or simply a way to show someone you care, a flannel shirt is a great option.
So if you’re looking to embrace the coziness of fall and winter, consider adding a flannel shirt to your wardrobe. With their timeless style and comfort, you’ll soon see why these shirts have become such a beloved part of the cooler months.

🔥Cuddling in front of the fireplace
As the days become shorter and cooler, it’s the perfect time to hunker down inside and get cozy. One of the most beloved winter activities is gathering around a fireplace with loved ones for some warmth and comfort. It can be a great way to make memories, bond with family or friends, or just relax and reflect. Not everyone has a traditional wood-burning fireplace in their home, but there are still many options available to replicate the experience. Electric fireplaces are becoming increasingly popular, and they’re relatively inexpensive and easy to install. Or if you’re feeling creative, you can build a makeshift fire pit outside and enjoy the beautiful night sky.

No matter how you choose to enjoy the warmth of the fire, it’s sure to bring some peace and joy during the cooler months. So take some time to snuggle up with your family, friends, or pets in front of the fireplace and create lasting memories.

As the winter months offer a peace of mind. To regroup, spend time with family and friends – welcome the memories. The cozy evening in front the fireplace 🔥or in the kitchen baking holidays candies – Fall into Season. Snowflakes will soon glimmer through the night under/over the colorful festive lights. Can’t Read Emotions? You Might Have Alexithymia

Emotions - Unable to Connect
Emotions, separation in connecting

Photo by Jill Burrow on Pexels.com

Sometimes we may connect with those we never imagined. In return is a remarkable experience at times. We may even have a hard time relating or interacting with others.. A person with alexithymia may have trouble identifying their emotions and communicating those feelings to other people. They might not even be able to imagine what other people are feeling or thinking, and this can make it difficult to socialize with others and engage in close relationships. However, the symptoms of alexithymia are not part of any specific mental illness; rather, it’s an emotional deficiency that can be treated through therapy, training and self-awareness.

What is alexithymia?
Alexithymia is thought to affect about 10% of the population. Although the cause of this condition is unknown, it has been linked to genetic predisposition and environmental factors. For example, people who were raised in an environment where their feelings were not acknowledged or validated may develop alexithymia.
People with alexithymia may find it difficult to identify and name their own feelings. They may also have difficulty interpreting the emotions of others. This can lead to misunderstandings, communication difficulties, and problems forming relationships.
When identifying alexithymia, it is important to note that everyone experiences emotions differently. Just because someone has difficulty understanding their own or others’ emotions does not necessarily mean they have alexithymia. If you are concerned that you or someone you know may have alexithymia, it is best to speak to a mental health professional for an assessment.

Causes of alexithymia
Alexithymia can be caused by a number of factors, including genetics, environmental factors, and even physical trauma. It has been linked to various psychological disorders, such as anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and schizophrenia.
Research has suggested that alexithymia may be related to an inability to recognize or process emotions accurately. This could be due to a disruption in the neural pathways between the amygdala (the area of the brain responsible for emotions) and other areas responsible for language, cognition, and social behavior.
Environmental factors, such as trauma or abuse, can also contribute to alexithymia. Those who have experienced severe emotional trauma may develop difficulty identifying and expressing their emotions, leading to alexithymia.
It is important to note that not everyone who experiences trauma or has a mental health disorder will develop alexithymia. However, it is important to be aware of the potential signs and symptoms, so that those who are affected can get the help they need.

  • *Symptoms of Alexithymia
Alexithymia is a condition that affects how a person processes and expresses emotions. It can make it difficult for someone to identify and express their own emotions, and can also impair the ability to recognize and respond to others’ emotions.
While it is not a mental health disorder, people with alexithymia may have problems maintaining relationships and taking part in social situations. Knowing the signs of this condition can help those affected recognize what they are experiencing, so that they can seek the help they need.
Signs of alexithymia include difficulty identifying one’s own feelings, difficulty describing feelings to others, difficulties understanding feelings in other people, an inability to use emotions to think, relying on physical cues to express feelings, being easily overwhelmed by emotions, and/or having no interest in discussing emotions. People with alexithymia may also display signs of anxiety or depression, have difficulty sleeping, or exhibit physical symptoms such as chronic pain.
If you or someone you know is displaying signs of alexithymia, it is important to reach out for professional help. Therapists can help those affected identify and express their emotions, learn how to recognize others’ emotions, and develop better relationships. Additionally, medications may be prescribed if necessary.
By understanding the symptoms of alexithymia, you can get the help you need to lead a healthier life.

Treatments for alexithymia
Alexithymia is a difficult condition to manage, as it can cause people to be unable to express and identify their own emotions. While there is no specific treatment for alexithymia, there are strategies that can help improve emotional awareness and communication skills.
The first step in managing alexithymia is to seek professional help. A mental health professional can help you identify the underlying issues that may be contributing to the difficulty in expressing your emotions. They can also provide insight into strategies to help you better understand and communicate your emotions.
It is also important to learn about how to recognize and respond to your emotions. Taking part in activities such as mindfulness and meditation can be beneficial in increasing awareness of emotions and learning how to control them. This can be especially helpful for people with alexithymia, as they often struggle with recognizing and expressing their feelings.
In addition, engaging in creative activities, such as drawing or writing, can also be beneficial in helping to identify emotions and process them. It can also help build communication skills, which can be beneficial when speaking with a mental health professional or loved ones.
Finally, building meaningful relationships with family and friends can also be helpful in managing alexithymia. Connecting with others who understand your condition can help you feel less isolated and provide an outlet for expressing your emotions. These relationships can also provide the support and encouragement needed for trying new strategies for managing alexithymia.
Overall, while there is no one-size-fits-all approach to managing alexithymia, these strategies can be beneficial in helping people gain a better understanding of their emotions and improve their ability to communicate them. If you think you may have alexithymia, it is important to speak with a mental health professional so they can work with you to develop a plan that works best for you.

I’m Right, Here! The Highs and Lows of Being Needed All the Time

Being Needed…

It’s been called needy, codependent and other names, but when it’s someone close to you and you love them dearly, nothing else seems to matter. You want to take care of them and make them happy; you want to be there whenever they need you and anticipate their needs as if they were your own.

  • * Feeling like you’re always needed
I often feel like I’m needed all the time, which is great because it’s an ego boost. However, sometimes it gets to be too much. I find myself constantly checking my phone or thinking about who needs me next. I have to remind myself that I need me too, and take some time for myself. Sometimes when I do this, I notice how it affects other people in a positive way. They are more productive and happier when they’re not worried about me being there for them at any moment. Being needed has its upsides, but also has its downsides. For example, as soon as you stop needing someone else, they start feeling neglected. It can be hard to balance the highs and lows of wanting to help others while still caring for yourself.
  • *Having to be in control all the time
The neediness can be overwhelming at times, but it has its perks. You know you have people who rely on you. It’s empowering to be needed. But some days, I just feel like I’m a puppet being pulled around by my strings, with no say in what goes on in my life or theirs. I don’t want to be co-dependent or codependent, but it seems inevitable when you’re involved with someone who needs you all the time. When they ask for your opinion and validation, even if they already know what you’re going to say because they already asked before, it makes me feel so important. ( A thought that doesn’t cross my mind) And then there are the moments where everything comes crashing down and they make me feel powerless. Moments where they demand things from me, not knowing how much I’m struggling myself. Moments where you try to be strong and put on that happy face, but inside you’re dying. It leaves me wondering if this is worth it? Those are just overwhelming emotions that come with being needed. In time, those trying moments do pass.

*Dealing with the emotional ups and downs
There are many challenges that come with being needed all the time. It can be very rewarding, but you also have to find your balance. You always need to make time for yourself, or else it can get overwhelming. There will be days when you feel like everything is going well, and then there are days where you are at rock bottom with no one to talk to about what’s going on in your head. On those days, finding someone who understands how you feel is crucial.
It is important to remember that not everyone experiences this feeling on a daily basis; some people do not even experience this feeling at all!
There are ways of self-care that may seem silly, but they really work. These things may include journaling , deep breathing, or listening to music. I’ve found that during times when I’m feeling so anxious I don’t know what to do with myself, writing down my thoughts gives me clarity and helps me put things into perspective again. You need to take care of yourself before you are able to take care of others – and even if it means saying “no” from time to time! I know that word “no’ is far fetched from my vocabulary. It’s okay to say ‘no” to feel your own inner needs at times. One”no” I can’t today, will give you a feeling of clarity. Clarity of peace of mind and a moment of fresh breathe. It’s okay because it generally works out. Everything is okay, saying yes or no. It’s just fine, and everyone is okay, 😁

  • *The physical toll it takes
Neediness is draining. It’s one thing to have an emotional attachment to someone else, but it’s another when you’re expected to be at their beck and call. You start feeling more like a servant than a significant other. And you’re not even sure if it’s just this person or all people in general, which doesn’t make things any better for your self-esteem. If anything, they are doing you a favor by accepting your company at all – so they must want to see you too? Sometimes it feels as though there is no real meaning behind anything. There is no love or emotion involved in what should be relationships. When I am needed, I feel desired. I love how much he needs me when he wakes up in the morning before going to work. He can barely get out of bed without holding onto my arm first and having me with him while he drinks his coffee. When I’m not needed anymore, I need to be able to give myself permission to say no. My friends keep telling me that these feelings will pass, that it’s not worth getting caught up in something that won’t last. But how do you know until it ends? How do you know if something is worth giving up your life for now because tomorrow may never come?

*The mental challenges
I’ve found that being needed all the time can have its highs as well as its lows. One day, you may be feeling like you are the most important person to someone else, but then another day they’ll ignore your text message or call. You start to question what they’re doing with their life, and why they don’t want you around. It’s hard not to take it personally, especially when you’re putting in so much effort. It becomes difficult to maintain composure when things seem like they are going downhill. One minute, you’re at the top of your game – making a difference in this world and impacting people’s lives. And then the next moment, you feel powerless again because something goes wrong and there is nothing left for you to do. You feel useless because there was no way for you to control it or prevent it from happening

  • *Life happens Sometimes we meet up with challenges that are beyond our control. Life takes turns for the worst sometimes, and we can only hope for better days ahead. When we face these challenges head on instead of letting them overcome us, we gain more than just relief from stress.. We gain wisdom and strength in knowing how to handle similar situations in the future!. These challenges push us out of our comfort zones, which can be both mentally and physically exhausting. But overcoming these obstacles leaves you feeling powerful! Not many other things in life leave you feeling this strong after getting through it!

Feeling needed is great at times. The neediness catches up to our well-being, unexpectedly. Leaving us feeling that another person may inhibit doing for themselves when able. Taking advantage of your time and your own personal space. If you feel overwhelmed, it’s okay. The feelings will pass when you regain your space and time. Being needed is a rewarding feeling. Those feelings can be overwhelming when challenges occur. It’s okay to set boundaries and maintain your own need of physical and mental health.

🚿 Starting Your Day With A Smile: Why Your Shower Routine Matters 🚿

Shower Routine Matters

Your morning shower routine can set the tone for your entire day. You may not think your shower has much to do with how you feel as you go about your daily business, but it does. Your morning shower should be one of the first things you do when you wake up in the morning, and it should be relaxing, invigorating and even fun so that you can get on with your day with a positive outlook and without becoming stressed out or burned out by the end of the day.

✔️ How to get up early
The morning routine consists of a few key components. Start by getting up at the same time every day, even on weekends and vacations. Once you’re up, drink a glass of water and do some light stretching or go for a short walk to help you wake up. After that it’s time to get ready for the day ahead. Wash your face with cold water to tighten your pores and give your skin a refreshing jolt, then apply moisturizer or eye cream. Now it’s time for breakfast! Make sure to include protein in your meal. Protein will keep you full until lunchtime and promote weight loss in the process. Throw in an avocado toast or Greek yogurt if you need more sustenance before heading out the door. If you don’t have time for breakfast, pack a healthy lunch before heading out into the world – this will keep hunger pangs at bay throughout the day! Make sure to stop by a coffee shop too – caffeine boosts mental energy, mood and alertness when consumed early in the day. Plus, we all know what happens when you try to function without coffee. Skip drinking caffeinated beverages late in the day because it may interfere with sleep quality later on. Stay hydrated all day long – set reminders for yourself so you never forget to drink enough water or other liquids like fruit juice or coconut water.
As soon as I’m done drying my hair, I like to make sure my teeth are clean and fresh before going back downstairs and starting my workday.

✔️ What to do before you start your day 🧼
Before you jump into your day, spend a few minutes on yourself. Take a shower, brush your teeth and comb your hair, then put on your favorite outfit or some nice cologne. Try to do this as early as possible in the morning to avoid rushing around later when you’re trying to get out the door for work. This way you’ll start off with a smile and feel better about yourself all day long. Studies have shown that people who use deodorant regularly tend to be happier and more confident than those who don’t. So make sure you use it! It will also help you feel more awake and less stressed throughout the day. When I’m feeling sluggish or worn down, I try to take a quick break for 10-20 minutes where I just sit back, relax, and focus on my breathing until I feel reenergized again. We can’t always control what happens in our lives but we can always control how we react to these things which is why starting your day with a positive attitude is so important!

✔️ How to set yourself up for success
One of the best ways to start your day off on a positive note is by starting with a shower. The scent of soap, the hot water, and the fact that you’re getting clean can all have powerful effects on your mood. Plus, it’s an easy and quick way to take care of yourself without having to do anything too strenuous. Once you’re done with your morning shower, you’ll have time for coffee or breakfast before heading out for the day. If you need some more reading material, use these tips as your guide. 1) Take some deep breaths while you focus on breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth 2) Focus on one specific thing that makes you happy 3) Count down from ten to one 4) Think about what makes you feel calm 5) Be sure to keep something fun planned for later in the evening 6) Write down five things you’re grateful for 7) Meditate

✔️ Ending your day with a smile
In the morning, starting your day with a smile is important and will help put you in a good mood for the rest of your day. In the shower, try to avoid focusing on negative thoughts or any problems that may be weighing you down. You can’t change what has happened and dwelling on it won’t help anything. Spend your time in the shower letting go of any negativity and think about all of the things that make you happy. Think about how nice it feels when you get out of the shower and how fresh and clean your skin feels. Think about waking up tomorrow morning when you’ll feel refreshed and ready to start your day off right! Focus on these positive thoughts while you’re washing yourself clean.

✔️ How an evening shower feels better than an evening nap 🚿 A nap might seem energizing when your tired. Did you know a shower is more effective? Interesting that a shower boosts mood and refreshes energy. The positive effects are remarkable just by being refreshed by a shower. The sense of a power nap, replaced by a shower. Simply effective that enhances an ability to gain quality energy, once again. Next time you’re feeling sluggish and need a boost, try taking a shower. It’s proven to promote both physical and mental health, just by showering.

A start of the day with a shower is the next step to living a clean, happy, and healthy life. When one may not believe the effects of showering. Think about this for a moment:. We have all been sick with a cold or flu. The common thing most of us do is medicate and sleep. Laying in the germs that got left behind in our bed. Sleep we believe is the cure, right? Take a shower a couple times a day while you’re sick and see how much better you feel. To reduce recovery time and increase energy levels, turn on that shower and refresh the immune system. Racing to fill Space -2050- | Earth

A New World in Space

Nobody can hear a scream in the vacuum of space, or so they say.

Would you believe an open world of vacuum space; no human life on earth? No animal or humanity left not a trace that once roamed, earth?  Floating wasn’t optional or even the once in a lifetime opportunity.  Being in space was the New World.  A populated creation that hardly noticed.  Reproduction  once life took place.  Centuries of man made destruction to evolve fast production for a demanding world.  As it was told a wicked scientist stood behind a control panel; operational robotic-zombie creating vacuumed life.

It was 1989, a young training astronaut  launched into space.  Carrying a crew of four on the space shuttle.  As the force of the universe blasted the members aboard, radio communication silenced.  The missing shuttle was never heard from again. But the disappearance was silenced, due to improper transmitter complications.

In late November of 2019 on earth,  a laboratory had slipped. Slipped as a spill of the deadliest virus in history – airborne to the world.  Time of the exposure was hidden and covered to avoid panic.  The world couldn’t clean the spill that happened.  A rapid spread of a virus that lockdown the nation.  Pandemic, epidemic, crisis or a virus of  mass destruction swept through the world.  Employment for many changed in a days time, millions of people unemployed.  Unemployment left millions at home, leaving many hungry, homeless, and even dead due to the corona virus.

A struggling world due to a pandemic never experienced in over decades.  The world was numb- like a zombie apocalypse.   Social distancing gave the world a whole new look and uncomfortable perspective.  Some stayed at home for 2 years, delivery companies provided for those individual needs. Wearing a mask was priority as finding toilet paper.  The madness for essential items were crucial at times.  The store shelves were nearly empty as truck delivery had slowed or even stopped.  Trucking companies needed drivers as the older workers retired.  The industry had taken a toll on the nation due to  employment demand shortages. As unemployment needs overwhelmed demand.  High rates of unemployed, begged and pleaded, for systems crashed who depended on unemployment benefits.  Yet leaving many disappointed as it failed to produce payments.

Small business were shutdown and permanently closed.  The public had violently dismissed the CDC regulation causing conflict.  As the world struggled to survive the government produced payments, stimulus and food benefits to help.  A new world that was held as “free money” stating people no longer wanted to work.  In belief, that the stay at home method allowed individuals to bank on government funding.  This was far from true after all applicants for employment, companies “ghosted” applicants. With the ability to continue furlough findings from the government.  2 years after, a struggling economy and still several million unemployed workers; struggles began to face reality.  Shooting, street, violence, and still deaths from the covid-19 pandemic.  The world slowing began to form a new world.

In a slow motion appear as zombie’s, people have drawn blank looks that was once covered by mask.  A smile is foreign and social distance is fear of touching an on going zombie near by.  The word “germs” the stigma of the zombies who have peeked out of lockdown.  Looking around into a vacuumed space occupied by an apocalypse of zombie’s.  No ones in no hurry to get anywhere and money is slowly fading away.  A populated world decreased by several millions.  While a small spill that dosed a whole nation, effects will continuously linger in years to come.   A similar effect of the early centuries known as the “Depression”.   The death toll staggered by not to the numbers in 2019 – 2021.  Of course the over population present wasn’t even imagined in the depression days.  Humans have reconstructed “land of the free” to “land of nothing soon to be”.

As over populated areas continue to have covid-19 outbreaks, scientist are creating life in space.   DNA and artificial intelligence have joined together in experimental development.  Where as the new life that forms will over power the creator.  Nonetheless, a robotize creation that can out work the zombie.  A modified human that never misses a day of work.  Companies operate on a round the clock production.  Electric circuits are only needed to exceed scientific accomplishments.

A vacuumed space world that no voice can be heard.  Production to form  new life, where vocal does not exist.  A silenced world that shows lights in the universe and mass production of the same creation.  A robotized upgraded zombie that creates mass production that piles up over a course of time. Metal on metal no transportation just product dropped in to a universe of mass production.  Silenced by the creator, as communication is digitalized electronic inclusion  of distraction.  Exceptional creation unknown as “Artificial Intelligence”.
