🦋My Story My Version. 🦋

When you feel like you’re addicted to something, it’s because you are. If you think about it, addiction is just a symptom of a problem. It’s not the problem itself—it’s what happens when you try to solve your problems with drugs or alcohol.

There are no pain killers that ease the pain of death. There is no pain killer in drug or alcohol form that solves any problem. My personal experience raw emotions over time, struggles of addiction and time in jail. Only one pain killer that is legit and real – Deal with it face to face. The truth is not easy, its painful, and a living hell at times. The truth is, it takes a long time to heal, cope, and deal with life events. Those challenges are open wounds. No one will admit to and wants to face – pain. My pain and struggles changed my life – forever.

Time is crucial to grief as I learnt the hard way. In my world, nothing made sense. Why? I couldn’t allow myself to feel raw emotions. Until I was forced to.

To me, I knew the pain would surface. For so long, I thought dodge ball would give me time to adjust. Time had lost its value, the world moved around me. I functioned due to that’s what life teaches us to do. The world doesn’t stop because you lost two loved ones seven weeks apart. The world doesn’t stop for anyone or anything.

Honestly, the days became a blank stare, everything moved as I stood still. My job at the time, was behind a computer. Thinking of the events was not happening while working. I choose to be a picker on a cherry picker. This the physical movement would keep my mind busy. I thought the grief had passed and life went on. Until….

September 11th, 2002. Brother that passed his birthday was Sept. 10th. That morning of the 9-11 year anniversary. In honor the company had moments of silence for both plane attacks. I buckled out of no where.. Functioning didn’t make sense. I hit my knees and fell apart. Crumbled to life raw painful emotions.. Six months after, life stopped. The only thing that matter at the moments was to leave. Walking in to my supervisors office, “I quit”. Out of character, he told me that I was okay. That I had time off work and just do whatever I could. Those words were not okay on my behalf. Once again, “I quit, you have no clue”. The HR lady called my name, and said here’s FLMA papers go to your doctor. They should give you time off work. She walked me to my car and explained the process. I went straight to my doctors office at that time. This doctor had been new and my first time meeting or seeing her. Explaining my situation, asking to help with FMLA. Her choice of words, did not go over well. She thought it was bogus to need time off work. Depression or anxiety, any of that she thought I was fine, just trying to get paid. My tolerance level just ticked. It was not the right time or practice of option, to her observation. I stood up and said, ” I hope you still have your father and your brother”. Quickly her response was ” yes I do”. I said that’s why you have no right to judge me, you have not experienced what I’m going through”. As your tongue was sharp, I hope you think next time before you share your opinion. When you can’t speak without experience just do your job. I got up to exit and my regular doctor was shocked. Leaving the office, I went to a doctor close by my house. I told the office I had just left my family doctors office and the situation. By law your not suppose to do that “doctor shopping”. I had not a care in hell, I needed help now. The doctor I seen was older, experienced, he knew I needed help. He personally made a phone call to the prior doctors office. Mentally I was a mess, yet I thought I was strong enough as time passed. Then falling apart, nothing was real. Emotions were painful, the triggers I was not aware of. The day after my brothers birthday. My mind starting thinking, remembering, wondering, and it happen. The anti-depression and anxiety medication were prescribed.

My days sleeping 15 to 20 hours a day. I must have been overwhelmed with exhaustion. If I woke up to eat or use the bathroom, daylight or night was never acknowledged. To shower was a big functioning task, that didn’t matter. Why should it when I’m just sleeping all the time, right? I became non-existent to the world. My mom would open my bedroom door check in on me. She had tried to make sense of it, her words would stick through my barely open eyes. ” I love you”, I heard many times. But I could barely move or function. Antidepressants became a non-functioning zombie creation, I hated more. My struggles were deep, changing medication made it worse. At some point over a course of 6 months time – my eyes opened more often. Hopeless, helpless, I needed help.. The struggles were daily, hourly, and serious. I suppose I got enough rest, cause I no longer wanted to sleep. Something inside of me was making sense. I rarely continued the medicine. So unconsciously I slowly detoxed from prescription medications. My only option was self-help. I began to write, as I would lay awake in bed thinking. I struggled with why would depression medicine make a person sleep.. ? Actually I started to feel worse taking the medicine. In time I was going back to work, the day was approaching. My mind was all over the place.

Slowly adding to my daily task, writing was priority and waking up was too. I had to face a lot of challenges. I had woken to a pending drug charge that was mine. My charges, my fault, not the addiction, – my problem. Not grieving, not understanding, not knowing, and hiding pain with addiction drugs and alcohol.

Functioning is a real struggle when life keeps moving. – Standing still is tough. But reality being crippled, disabled, mentally stopped in the tracks of life. Numb, thoughtlesss, living in a foggy world that I could only live in. I created this fog because I never learnt to function to death. Death- a zombie trying to drag ass through life. Life that’s so painful – crawling, due to, I been beaten, rolled, tossed, and shattered inside, and out. A hot mess in reality. I stank as a person because I didn’t know my strength. Giving up defeated me. I was all that above and more. Ripped, toren, high, drunk, and a walking mental mess.

Non-existent one where problems now surfaced and facing jail time. I felt invisible to jail, traumatized by life events, there was no excuse. My problems were my responsibility to be human again. Face life as I now had challenges. Obstacles that surely did want to face.

I had to report monthly to my parole officer. I had a great job, I was drug free and I honestly felt great. My goal was to conquer my grief with positive energy. At work, I pushed my limits to excel. But I felt alone. The lonleness created another addiction – sex. The truth is I was going to the gym working out, feeling great, going to the tanning bed, I never felt so amazing with ambition, life made sense. Or did it? My sex addiction was replaced from drug addiction. I made a promise to God to keep me safe and protect me during my journey of exploring sex options.. I refused to be attached to any man. I had lost two of my favorite men in my life. Loving a man was not an option at the time. My plan of action was in form of good habit routine. I was loving yet not lovable to my inner pain. My parole was about done. Drinking started regularly as my sex addiction slowed. My habits were changing as I knew my routine was about to be disrupted. Filling a blank isn’t always easy.

The challenges of living back on track “the good life”, still has negative impacts. After completing parole, I now had a felony charge on my background and record. Career moves and education would be tested. Blessed with a hard work ethic, my felony never gave any problems. In time I had my felony expunged. That wss inner peace of my self. I furthered my education with a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology in 2010. I was coming alive inside cause I knew how to. Overtime I Iearnt what it takes to overcome. Being defeated is temporary. I felt I wasn’t strong enough to fight, down to being defeated. Wrong was I? I built an empire that I never knew was possible. So much can be done. No that anything is possible with one tool.. The master to life is 🗝️ to the mind, and that’s time. Educating the Mind. Your mind is power. You have the world of endless dreams when you open your mind. Educating the mind to life is a promise to overcome challenges. The best defense is knowing you have the option to learn. My life is far from perfect, knowing life makes sense is what matters. Struggles are life’s tools that give us strength. Love is an opportunity to prove your worth of being human. Love is told to be a beautiful thing. Love is the most painful experience that one must face. Truth be known Death is the love to eternal life. We must feel the worst level of extreme pain. That pain of life is the sacrifice to death. Afterlife of no pain, no sorrow just pure happiness of a world created by our God. My God has shown me life that exist beyond realm. As I have felt and visioned the life through my own eyes.

Life is precious to our eternal days. We will face the good Lord with treasures of our character. If those treasures are damaged at fault of yours, overcoming might be challenging.. Life of misery and hell will be provided, as you create your destiny. Time here on earth is measured by blessing to help one another, and valued human life as you perceive it. Hurting others and offering negative energy maybe your choice to void eternal life that’s promised. Until that judgement day is face to face with death. May you be the best product to life. A product everyone is proud to know and be a part of. If those words bite or sting- you have power of the mind to educate your options to overcome actions and behaviors. You are stronger than you think. As the mind never fails if you apply the time and work. Defeat is not an option to eternal life. Challenges may be mountains but mountains can be climbed. Lace up those boots and motivate the knowledge to be your best self. Life is best when dealt with by learning to overcome with a powerful tool – the mind.

Not everything has an immediate solution. But knowledge can help you through it. Patience and time will guide you if your willing to put in the work.

If you want to stop using, there are a few things you can do:

First, figure out what caused you to start using in the first place. Was it a traumatic experience? Was there someone who told you that using drugs or alcohol was acceptable? Was it peer pressure? Childhood environment? Life has so many hidden stressors that we are blinded by. When we think, we aren’t strong enough? Think about a plan of action to overcome. Keep the plan fresh in mind. Support yourself with enjoyable positivity. Once positivity begins to flow, it becomes a regular flow.

Once you’ve figured this out, make sure that whatever caused your addiction no longer exists for you. If someone tells you that drugs or alcohol will make your life better, try not to believe them. They may have been lead by peer pressure and may have had some sort of experience with drugs or alcohol themselves—but they’re not responsible for your decisions and can’t expect you to make the same choices they did.

The next step is figuring out how much time and money are going towards solving these problems and how many hours of sleep are being lost because of them. Identifying these things will help keep track of solving the problem. Addiction is easy.. Overcoming is a challenge but your mind is powerful to help you through. Don’t give up.. Get up and face to challenge. In time you will gain so much positivity, ambition will guide you with a peace of mind.

Have you ever thought about the relationship between psychology and mental health? Psychology has a long history of being a discipline that addresses the mind, but it’s only recently that mental health and psychology have started to intersect.

When we talk about mental health and psychology, it’s important to remember that this is not a new concept. We’ve been talking about our mental health since the 19th century—we just didn’t have the right words for it! But as we’ve discovered more about ourselves and learned how our minds work, we’ve come to realize that there are many ways that we can improve our mental well-being.

Psychology is a field devoted to understanding the workings of the human mind. It uses behavioral science techniques like observation and experimentation to gather information about people’s thoughts, feelings, beliefs, attitudes, values and behaviors (among other things). Psychologists try to understand how those things relate to one another and how they influence an individual’s mood or behavior.

In recent years, psychologists have begun looking at how these same factors affect someone’s mental health. They use this knowledge to help individuals who struggle with anxiety or depression or other forms of emotional distress.

The relationship between mental health and psychology is a complicated one. On the one hand, there are a handful of factors that can be used to predict who will develop mental health problems: being female, having a family history of mental illness, having a low income, and so on. On the other hand, what we actually mean by “mental health” is subjective and varies from person to person. And even when we look at things like “general mental well-being,” it’s not clear whether that metric should be applied universally or only within certain populations—like young people with learning disabilities or older adults looking for new hobbies.

So what does all this mean? Well, if you’re trying to figure out if someone has problems with their mental health, you have to take into account all sorts of different factors—and no one factor can be considered more important than any other.

The psychology of mental health is a very complex subject. There are many factors that can contribute to someone having a mental disorder, and even more that can be involved in the treatment of these disorders.

Options such as counseling or medication therapy, which everyone may differ due to chemical makeup are not the same for each individual.

Mental health and psychology is an important topic that should be discussed in every home. Mental health is one of the most important things in life, and it is important that you are aware of your own mental state. If you are having trouble with your mental health, then you should seek help from a professional.

Mental health can be defined as “the state of someone’s mind or emotions, especially when they are functioning well rather than being mentally unwell”. It can also include the ability to think clearly, process information and make decisions.

Mental health issues can affect anyone at any age, race or gender. There are many different types of mental health problems including depression, anxiety disorder, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. In order to prevent these issues from occurring in the future it is important that families understand what these issues mean and how they affect people around them through their actions and words spoken aloud.”

The relationship between mental health and psychology is an interesting one, because they are both so closely related. The two fields are both concerned with the study of human behavior, but they have different goals. Psychology is focused on understanding what drives people to act in certain ways, while mental health is focused on helping people who are experiencing problems deal with those issues.

While both fields are important, it’s important to remember that there isn’t a one-to-one relationship between mental health and psychology. Some psychologists may specialize in treating mental illness, but others do not work directly with clients suffering from these conditions.

Mental health is a state of well-being, in which an individual realizes his or her own capabilities and seeks to use them for personal fulfillment. Mental health problems are diagnosed when an individual has either a clinically diagnosable mental disorder or symptoms that cause significant impairment in various life activities.

Psychology is the scientific study of behavior and mental processes. Psychologists try to understand the mind and behavior by studying both the individual and their environment, using scientific methods such as observation, experimentation, and measurement. A psychologist’s job may include researching human behavior at work or at home, designing programs to help people change their behavior, training professionals in how to treat or manage people with psychological conditions such as depression and anxiety attacks, designing programs to help children learn new skills (such as reading), testing new drugs that treat mental illnesses such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder, or working with animals (such as dolphins) to learn more about human emotions and behavior.

Understanding that psychology is the way of thinking. Mental health is the state of mind and well- being. The ability to connect the two are fundamentals of mental health. Finding the connection can be interesting. Psychology and mental health share fascinating facts and knowledge.

Mental Health: Common Symptoms That Work Together

Mental health is a very important part of overall health and wellness. It is not something that you can see or feel, but it is a very real condition that affects every individual in their own way. Mental illnesses are highly treatable with therapy, medication or both. However, there are some warning signs that indicate you should seek help immediately if you notice them in yourself or others:

Self-destructive behavior

You might be tempted to think that self-destructive behavior is a symptom of a mental health problem. But it’s actually the opposite: self-destructive behavior is a trigger for other concerns.

It’s true that in some cases, people with mental health issues are more likely to engage in self-destructive behavior like substance abuse or risky sex because they’re trying to cope with the symptoms of their disorder. But in many other cases, self-destructive behaviors can cause or exacerbate mental health issues.

Drug use can lead to addiction and make it harder for you to focus on your work or other activities. Sexual promiscuity can lead to STDs and unwanted pregnancies. These things can also drain your finances, making it harder for you to pay bills and buy food—which could cause stress and anxiety, which could lead to depression.

Self-destructive behaviors are not caused by mental health problems—they are triggered by them. When you’re feeling stressed out or anxious or depressed, it’s important not only to get help from professionals who specialize in treating those issues but also to take steps that reduce your stress levels and increase your happiness levels!

Avoiding friends and family

Avoiding friends and family is a sign of depression, PTSD and bipolar disorder.

If you are avoiding friends and family, this could be your first clue that you have a mental health issue such as depression or PTSD. It may also be the result of dealing with an ongoing crisis, such as being in an abusive relationship or caring for someone who has cancer. You don’t have to feel guilty about it—it’s normal to withdraw from people when we are struggling with our own problems.

Trouble concentrating

Difficulty concentrating is a common symptom of many mental health issues, including anxiety and depression. It can be difficult for you to focus on your schoolwork or work responsibilities, or it may be difficult for you to attend to conversations with family members or friends. You might also have trouble paying attention during conversations with others.

How can I get help?

If you are suffering from difficulty concentrating, there are many ways that you can find support and treatment. You should start by talking with a trusted adult, who can help guide you through the process of getting treatment. If this is not an option, consider calling one of the hotlines listed at the end of this document; they offer free services that will connect people in need of help with counselors who can provide information about available resources in their area

Sudden weight loss or gain

  • Sudden weight loss or gain can be a sign of an eating disorder. If you’ve lost a lot of weight suddenly, it could be that you’re suffering from an eating disorder. Anorexia nervosa and bulimia are both serious mental illnesses that negatively affect your body image and food intake. They can also lead to other health problems if left untreated for long periods of time, so if this is happening to you, see a professional immediately!
  • Gaining too much weight might be a sign of depression or another medical condition. While gaining weight does not necessarily mean that someone is depressed or has another mental illness—sometimes people just gain more muscle mass than usual—it could still indicate something serious going on in their life that needs attention right away! If this happens often enough over time without any explanation, then there may indeed be some underlying issue causing this behavior pattern to manifest itself outwardly on such regular basis; it might be worth checking into further before deciding whether or not treatment is necessary at all

Withdrawing from activities they once enjoyed

Mental health is about more than just being well. It’s about being well and feeling content with yourself, your life, and the way you’re living it. The best way to achieve this is by staying active in hobbies or activities that make you happy.

For example: if you used to enjoy playing video games but find yourself losing interest in them lately (or have stopped playing altogether), then maybe it’s time for a change of pace! What else do you enjoy? Do some research online or ask around until something catches your eye—you may be surprised by what comes up! Once you’ve found something that interests you enough to make an effort at pursuing it, try setting aside time each day—even if only for 20 minutes at first—to devote yourself fully while doing so. This will help ensure success with sticking with it long term as well as provide incentive to keep making time for those things important enough not only for mental health but also overall wellbeing in general.”

Loss of energy or fatigue

This one is a no-brainer. If you’re feeling tired, it’s probably because you’ve been up all night worrying about something. Anxiety and depression can both cause this, as well as many other issues like stress and fear.

If you’re constantly experiencing feelings of exhaustion and have trouble getting out of bed in the morning, it could be an indicator that something else is going on with your mental health.

Feeling restless, fidgety, or irritable

If you are feeling restless, fidgety, or irritable, this may be a sign that you have depression. It is common for people who are depressed to feel restless and irritated. These feelings can make it hard for them to sit still or concentrate on anything for long periods of time. In some cases, these feelings may be a symptom of bipolar disorder (which causes extreme mood swings). Restlessness and irritability are also signs of PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder), a mental illness that occurs after someone experiences trauma such as war or abuse.

If you notice any of these symptoms in yourself or others, get help right away.

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Flashbacks, nightmares and other repetitive thoughts or memories
  • Substance abuse/alcoholism. If you’re drinking more than usual, taking drugs or medications to cope with your feelings, experiencing withdrawal symptoms from substance abuse/alcoholism (e.g., seizures), or feeling particularly “high” after using substances like marijuana for a long time without stopping—these are all signs that you might need help coping with addiction issues. In addition to counseling and therapy sessions with an addiction therapist who specializes in PTSD treatment methods, many veterans also find that peer support groups are helpful for overcoming their addictions so they can focus on healing properly instead of just managing their symptoms.

If you notice any of these symptoms in yourself or others, get help right away. Mental health is too important to ignore and should be treated as soon as possible. There are many ways to deal with these issues from therapy to medication but always remember that your mental health is worth it!

Racing to fill Space -2050- | Earth

Nobody can hear a scream in the vacuum of space, or so they say.

Would you believe an open world of vacuum space; no human life on earth? No animal or humanity left not a trace that once roamed, earth?  Floating wasn’t optional or even the once in a lifetime opportunity.  Being in space was the New World.  A populated creation that hardly noticed.  Reproduction  once life took place.  Centuries of man made destruction to evolve fast production for a demanding world.  As it was told a wicked scientist stood behind a control panel; operational robotic-zombie creating vacuumed life.  

It was 1989, a young training astronaut  launched into space.  Carrying a crew of four on the space shuttle.  As the force of the universe blasted the members aboard, radio communication silenced.  The missing shuttle was never heard from again. But the disappearance was silenced, due to improper transmitter complications.

 In late November of 2019 on earth,  a laboratory had slipped. Slipped as a spill of the deadliest virus in history – airborne to the world.  Time of the exposure was hidden and covered to avoid panic.  The world couldn’t clean the spill that happened.  A rapid spread of a virus that lockdown the nation.  Pandemic, epidemic, crisis or a virus of  mass destruction swept through the world.  Employment for many changed in a days time, millions of people unemployed.  Unemployment left millions at home, leaving many hungry, homeless, and even dead due to the corona virus.  

A struggling world due to a pandemic never experienced in over decades.  The world was numb- like a zombie apocalypse.   Social distancing gave the world a whole new look and uncomfortable perspective.  Some stayed at home for 2 years, delivery companies provided for those individual needs. Wearing a mask was priority as finding toilet paper.  The madness for essential items were crucial at times.  The store shelves were nearly empty as truck delivery had slowed or even stopped.  Trucking companies needed drivers as the older workers retired.  The industry had taken a toll on the nation due to  employment demand shortages. As unemployment needs overwhelmed demand.  High rates of unemployed, begged and pleaded, for systems crashed who depended on unemployment benefits.  Yet leaving many disappointed as it failed to produce payments.

Small business were shutdown and permanently closed.  The public had violently dismissed the CDC regulation causing conflict.  As the world struggled to survive the government produced payments, stimulus and food benefits to help.  A new world that was held as “free money” stating people no longer wanted to work.  In belief, that the stay at home method allowed individuals to bank on government funding.  This was far from true after all applicants for employment, companies “ghosted” applicants. With the ability to continue furlough findings from the government.  2 years after, a struggling economy and still several million unemployed workers; struggles began to face reality.  Shooting, street, violence, and still deaths from the covid-19 pandemic.  The world slowing began to form a new world.  

In a slow motion appear as zombie’s, people have drawn blank looks that was once covered by mask.  A smile is foreign and social distance is fear of touching an on going zombie near by.  The word “germs” the stigma of the zombies who have peeked out of lockdown.  Looking around into a vacuumed space occupied by an apocalypse of zombie’s.  No ones in no hurry to get anywhere and money is slowly fading away.  A populated world decreased by several millions.  While a small spill that dosed a whole nation, effects will continuously linger in years to come.   A similar effect of the early centuries known as the “Depression”.   The death toll staggered by not to the numbers in 2019 – 2021.  Of course the over population present wasn’t even imagined in the depression days.  Humans have reconstructed “land of the free” to “land of nothing soon to be”.  

As over populated areas continue to have covid-19 outbreaks, scientist are creating life in space.   DNA and artificial intelligence have joined together in experimental development.  Where as the new life that forms will over power the creator.  Nonetheless, a robotize creation that can out work the zombie.  A modified human that never misses a day of work.  Companies operate on a round the clock production.  Electric circuits are only needed to exceed scientific accomplishments.  

A vacuumed space world that no voice can be heard.  Production to form  new life, where vocal does not exist.  A silenced world that shows lights in the universe and mass production of the same creation.  A robotized upgraded zombie that creates mass production that piles up over a course of time. Metal on metal no transportation just product dropped in to a universe of mass production.  Silenced by the creator, as communication is digitalized electronic inclusion  of distraction.  Exceptional creation unknown as “Artificial Intelligence”.

    An unsettling moment when the chest and body become tight clammy, warm feeling that smothers the body unexpectedly, making it difficult to breathe, just like gasping for air. The feeling is unpleasant, uncomfortable as anxiety just shows up. Uninvited with a struggling intense fear, emotion, or trigger induced anxiety attack.

Learn to Recognize the Signs of Excessive Worry Anxiety disorder is the most common mental disorder in the United States, affecting up to 18 percent of the population. Anxiety disorders are a category of mental health diagnoses that result in excessive nervousness, fear, apprehension, and worry. These disorders change the way a person processes emotions and behaves, as well as causing physical symptoms. People with these disorders experience feelings of fear and insecurity that interfere with daily activities and last for 6 months or more.    

People with anxiety disorders often experience intense, excessive, and persistent worry and fear about everyday situations. People with GAD worry endlessly about everyday issues such as health, money, or family issues, even when they realize there is little reason to worry.    

Anxiety is an intense feeling of anxiety or discomfort, often a situation with uncertain outcomes, when we are faced with something stressful. At lower levels, anxiety, often referred to as “stress,” can be a healthy and motivating response to a specific life situation.    

It can be difficult to relate to these issues, and as a result, many people don’t know how best to help a person with anxiety. If you feel that your anxiety is excessive, distressing, and/or interfering with your daily activities or functioning, it is important to see a mental health professional. When anxiety is frequent, intense, severe, and prolonged, causing constant discomfort and suffering, it is important to discuss this with your doctor. Illness-induced anxiety disorder includes symptoms of severe anxiety or panic that are directly related to health problems.    

Typically, anxiety disorders involve recurring episodes of intense anxiety and sudden bouts of fear or terror that peak within minutes (panic attacks). Everyone experiences these panic attacks from time to time, but with panic disorder, the attacks are regular and a source of anxiety in themselves. When a person experiences repeated panic attacks and is concerned about future panic attacks or their consequences (e.g.    

It’s not always easy to recognize when anxiety is causing you to feel or act differently. If you’re feeling anxious, it’s important to understand what’s causing it, how it’s different from normal stress, and what types of anxiety you might be experiencing.    

In severe cases, such as some we’ll see below, anxiety can lead to uncontrollable disorientation, fear or anxiety, and the inability to think clearly or make good decisions. Social anxiety disorder causes people to avoid social situations and interpersonal contact so that everyday life becomes extremely difficult.    

Each person experience anxiety in different ways. Knowing how your situation can be triggered can reduce future attacks. Once you are aware of the intensity of your anxiety attack. Different medications and techniques can help prevent future anxiety attacks. Its okay to ask for help. Take care of yourself.

Oh Life is, 🦋 being Human

Climbing the brick wall, Life

As normal, the day seemed to be going well. Happiness was part of waking up, and the day was full of productive events. Later, throughout the day plans are on schedule as planned.
Somewhere in our moment of happiness – unexpectedly, our day turns shifting to leave us feeling some different kind of way. While feeling some kind of joy and cheerfulness, the change kicks in. Possible breakup with a partner, a flat tire, unexpected expense, a sudden death, a co-parenting conflict involving a child, job loss, a domestic violence matter, or just a sickness, the list goes on and on. An event that leaves us feeling uncomfortable. That situation, consciously or unconsciously affects the next minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, and possibly years to come.,
Unfortunately, no one ever wants to feel the pain that comes with the mental challenges we are dealt with..

At times, it just seems unfair, wondering what we might have done to have such pain thrown at us.. Why me? One might ask. Why must this happen to me? What have I done to deserve this? Questions we all often ask ourselves, and never do we get an answer… Answers always are comforting; it’s not your fault, smoothing out the pain, to help each other through the situation. Even with our best supporter, words are just words.. Most times we barely hear what is being said. At the moment, we feel as being paralyzed, numb, speechless, and blank-minded.
The mind and body stop, almost like the blood supply just froze – in time. In that moment nothing could feel, see, touch, or hear, in the presence of life.. Everything besides actual death, seems to have taken place within the mind and body. A shutdown without notice, just unfunctionable to exist. Our so-called life just crumbled, pain stricken to feel non-existent.
To gather thoughts or get up and move seems impossible. How does this happen to our body and mind all at once? There is no answer; there is no logical explanation.. Yes, the struggle becomes reality. Our reality… Our moment of reality, to face. What shall I do next? The truth is there a million dollar question we all ask? How do I fix this? Can I do this alone? Our soul screams on the inside, begging for help. We are silent. Why are we afraid to ask for help? Just one truth – we are human. Just being human, we are tossed into hell, chewed up, slightly battered, bruised, rolled, tumbled, beaten, criticized, and told to suck it up, your fine – and to function. Function? I repeat “FUNCTION”. If thinking and moving is functioning, plus responsibilities are part of being able to function; Hell No!


Functioning can be devastating to those who experience life-changing events for the first time. My encounter with function is far from close during my life-changing events.
Life is the answer. Searching to find the solution to our challenges, obstacles, and pain – truth is called life. From our first breath and vision of light – straight out of the womb our fight to survive has begun. Babies are born with illness or never get an opportunity to see the light. I can relate to miscarriage in early pregnancy. This is horrible to even write. No amount of time can stop our minds from all the what-ifs, had I, wish I would have moments, but none of that changes anything. If people would see the reality; the struggle to survive, then the picture of life would be different.

Being a perception of that badass, fearless, invisible superhero does not excuse or eliminate you from pain. just because one claims the name badass. That stigma is a novelty written into your inability to chance or face life-altering events. It’s not a draw for tickets – to chance. It’s just life taking, it’s course. …
For those who feel exempt from life’s course of challenges, please step forward. Don’t tell the secret. Just give a hint on how to avoid challenges in life we face at times? Trust me, I have suited up in the best armor and strong intentions to face life. Every time I got knocked on my ass, weak and non-existing in the world. Took the beaten path over and over again. Life does not stop for anyone or anything, not even lend a hand at times.
So in regards to being a badass, what eliminates pain? Substance abuse, alcohol, medication, illegal drugs, any form of numbing effect. Take me out of this world – doesn’t that reason with why addiction exists? My friends, we are only human. Yes, I was and possibly will be the first one to push and shove to the front line of addiction. – when unknown trauma happens.


We are not taught how to deal with tragedy, fear, bullying, pain, death, illness, trauma, separation, divorce, debt, homelessness, personal attacks, etc. We are not experts at life until we expire and leave this earth. Simply because we are challenged face to face one-on-one with life or death. Surviving life is challenging.


This is the definition of a mental health crisis. You are not alone. I am right beside you, begging for mercy. I will admit at times, life sucks. Good days and bad days come and go . Unpredictable days never completely go away. They just become manageable (at times).
As a child, if we were able to sign up for life classes, I would have been there. That’s not an option, we are taught first hand unexpectedly. With limited rules, no skipping class on homelessness, debit, death, co-parenting, life-threatening illness, domestic violence, miscarriage, divorce, etc. Those courses are taught in real time settings.
Actually, these events teach us valuable lessons on how to be human. There is no right or wrong answer; different situations affect each of us differently. That’s perfectly okay and normal., One will deal with it regardless of whether you feel exempt or not from the situation. Overtime, those situations catch up to the ability to function, crippling emotions, feelings, and well-being, creating more health concerns in the future.
Our struggles are reality, if everyone in the world played Red Rover🤸🧚🤼🧍we would all be joined holding hands. There is not one individual living who has perfect mental health. If so where do I sign up for lessons on life?


Just something to think about today and everyday forward🎭 we wake up with questions or options each day:. Which mask shall I wear today? Do I feel like my normal self? Or shall I wear my mask to face the world?


Then tomorrow we do it all over again.. The bitter truth is, because no one wants to listen to sadness, other people’s problems, it’s depressing, right? Most conversations start by briefing what someone’s going through. The conversation changes in a short period of time why? Problems take hours and hours to fix and figure out. We are wrapped up in our right now, moment to even really care. We are an army of one, to face and deal with our own challenges. Am I wrong? Tips, ideas, and resources are available, but we listen to or read what we think we help us. It’s self help. Our instinct to look for reasonable answers without asking. Self-help is how we get through life. Learning what works best for our needs. Being your own supporter. Through trial and error we help ourselves push through challenges. Without the self-help feature, our ability to function becomes limited.

Good Morning🌅

May 27th – 2022

Morning Coffee

As our day begins, a simple cup of coffee goes a long way. The thoughts of whats ahead starts before our eyes open. The power of the mind works when we are asleep and awake. A never ending cycle to the conscious and unconscious world – so called thoughts. Regardless, when your day begins; now, mid-day, or at night – those stressful times still linger.

A child birthday party: happy thoughts right? Yet you still got the wheels turning about preperation, invites, the weather, regardless its your design to have the best party ever. Mow the grass, clean the house or book an event center. All the planning, plus normal routine activities. Its seems never ending, we somehow pull the whip ass out of our pocket and get it done. Take a moment and smile. Your doing a great job!😁

Of course the small things are forgotten. To remember the purple forks, well its okay. Who said eating cake with your hands is not allowed? Whoever it was needs a little creative lesson, and today is the day. John ate cake the first time with his hands at the age of 36. So no big deal, right?

If we beat ourselves up everyday over small stuff; looking pretty rough on an average day would be routine.

Its okay, today is another day. Whatever the day offers give your best. Tomorrow might be the day – learning to eat cake with your hands is an experience for another. 🦋

⏰Sleeping With The Mental Mess

Sleep Through It

Your first thought is, “Oh my, I am not alone.” And then you think, “Well of course I am not alone—there are billions of us!” Just to crawl back in bed, grab the pillow. Ah! To be in that comfy spot, for as long as you want. Its true that we must sleep for the body to heal. Then thoughts start to bring the mental mess, just to sleep would stop those creepers. .You can feel yourself trumbling into a pit of self-doubt and despair. But then you remember that nobody knows what the right way of being is, so it doesn’t make sense to judge your particular version or anyone else’s. We are all just trying our best and this moment too shall pass.

You have spent many hours trying to figure out what makes life worth living—but now here you are with no answers at all except for the most basic ones: food, sleep and love (and varying amounts thereof). As we try to get through the crazy in the world, we forget about the moment. Glad to be present and focused. Ignoring all the needs and wants, leaving us confused.

Here are ideas to help clear the mess;

Perfection is your enemy.

As an artistic type, you are probably a perfectionist. You will also likely be very hard on yourself, always striving for the best outcome and beating yourself up when it doesn’t happen.

That’s all great, but sometimes in order to get something done or make something happen (like stepping out of your comfort zone), we have to stop being so hard on ourselves and realize that our best is good enough. Take a calm approach instead of getting defeating. Be patient to get things done.

We must learn how to accept imperfection as part of our creative process—and remember that there are no right answers! We are all unique individuals who look at the world in different ways; therefore nothing will ever fit exactly as it should or be perfect according to our own standards. Be patient with your achievements, as its only our own standards for the final results.. If you give your best then know its good enough.

Nothing can be solved in a single day.

if we learn anything it’s you can’t expect to fix everything in a given day. It takes time to get through challenges. Sometimes it can be best to make a plan of action. It can be difficult to solve a challenge without finding a solution. Seeing how you will solve the problem in writing; can help visualize needs to a solution.

One of the most important things I’ve learned is to not beat myself up over something, if I don’t succeed at something once trying. Each challenge helps us to learn what works and what doesn’t work. Its okay if you don”t get it straight away.

This is because problems take time to solve, and you can’t change everything in a day (or even a week). It’s also important to have a routine and stick to it as much as possible. Everyone has good days and bad days, so it’s best to get used to this fact and learn how to deal with them.

Everyone’s just as lost as you.

We are all dealing with personal challenges. How we handle challenges is our special task that we learn overtime, our own way.

If you can’t ask for help ask for advice. Given in today’s society thevstruggles are real as ever. Its a messy world and so much to deal with, its easy to want to sleep through it. Sadly it just doesn’t pass over night. You wake up to start the mental mess all over. The problem isn’t still there as we left it.

It’s okay to not be okay

There are no shoulds or musts anymore.. Its a world where we learn to solve problems our way. Most importantly when we aren’t okay, its okay to create a plan. Awareness is what helps us when we aren’t okay. Just being aware can give us options. These option are what feels right or wrong. Knowingly, if you need advice resources are available. If you need to talk those people exist. Its what gets your needs meet.

You can do what you want. You don’t need to follow a certian way and some decisions in life don’t have to be life-changing. No one should tell you otherwise, unless you feel unable to make your own choices or decisions.

You always have choices—and that includes the choice not to make a choice. You can decide not to decide for as long as it makes sense for you, and that decision won’t hurt anyone or anything else. In fact if decisions help then: The less pressure on yourself from external forces (including from others), can be better!

It’s okay to get help.

You can’t do this alone, and neither should you try. Talk to your friends and family, and consider seeing a professional if you need one. You’re in good company—your friends and family are more likely than not going through the same stuff as you!

Be careful what you say yes to, because it can change everything. You know what best for your own being. Just don’t let matters continue to worsen without seeking help for your own being. Prolonged mental health concerns can get worse. Take care of yourself. You are not selfish to need self care.

Hello and welcome🌼 Thank you for visiting Everyday Mind’s Matter. We all face mental health obstacles. Today and forward it’s okay to not be okay. Never feel ashamed or alone for mental health help. Many resources are available. Mental health is crucial to a stable health life. As inflation now controls finances, employment, daycare, grocery shopping, transportation, and housing needs mental health challenges rise. Stress and anxiety increase daily as our world is unpredictable.. We fear the unknown since covid-19 , a year of social distancing & world shutdown / lockdown – an unforgettable experience.

No one wanted to be unemployed, or homeless, as a new world evolved.- Communicating and interacting with others We all adjusted our routine to be safe. Adapting to a new world, that has challenged our well-being daily. We don’t wake up and say, “I think, I will skip coffee, have brain fog, and anxiety with depression today”.

Anxiety disorders are a group of mental health disorders that includes generalized anxiety disorders, social phobias, specific phobias (eg, agoraphobia and claustrophobia), panic disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and post-stress stress disorder, traumatic. Untreated anxiety disorders can lead to a significant deterioration in people’s daily lives. Some common mental health issues are anxiety, depression, eating disorders, substance use, and trauma. Signs of fatigue, social isolation, or mood swings may indicate a developing mental health problem, such as depression or a substance use disorder. As before the COVID-19 pandemic, adults with poor general health (which may reflect physical and mental health) continue to report higher rates of anxiety and/or depression than adults with generally good health. The likelihood of having comorbid mental disorders may be heightened by their vulnerability to severe illness caused by the coronavirus. As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, some populations are at greater risk of worsening mental health and may struggle to get the care they need. A major challenge in integrating care for central nervous system disorders with other chronic disease treatments. Despite the growing burden of central nervous system diseases worldwide and affecting people often do not have access to mental health care in upper, middle and low-income countries. To address this issue, the Great Challenges in Global Mental Health initiative has set priorities for research over the next 10 years that will impact the lives of people living with disorders of the central nervous system. Even incremental gains in addressing serious global mental health problems could result in significant economic benefits and improvements in quality of life, including a reduction in the misuse of health services and increased productivity in the coming years, far outweighing the long-term investment costs. Mental disorder care should be integrated into primary health care and other priority global health plans. With proper care and treatment, people can learn to cope with mental illness or mental health problems and, in many cases, recover. With proper care and treatment, many teens with mental health or substance abuse problems can recover. A mental illness or mental health problem is something that causes mild or severe disturbances in thinking and/or behavior resulting in an inability to successfully cope with normal life demands and routines. Mental illness is a general term for a group of illnesses that may include symptoms that affect a person’s thinking, perception, mood, or behavior.

Adolescents with mental health problems themselves are particularly vulnerable to social exclusion, discrimination, stigmatization (which affects their willingness to seek help), learning difficulties, risky behaviour, poor physical health and human rights violations. The well-being of the most vulnerable users of the health care system, for whom symptoms of mental or somatic disorders lead to permanent disability, can be a sensitive indicator of the need of society for comprehensive care. A mental health issue left unaddressed can become a bigger issue that also affects physical health: think about how substance use and changes in sleep and eating habits affect the body and mind. In addition to depression or anxiety, adolescents with emotional disorders may also experience excessive irritability, frustration, or anger. Most mental illnesses are treatable, and effective treatments are available. Most mental illness cases are preventable. However, mental disorders are associated with high economic costs, as they cause major economic losses due to lost work productivity, increased.
