🍀Acknowledge the Foundation🍀

Bright Happy Days

 Doodling, jotting thoughts down regularly, gave definition to mind my business. Aside all the reality; make believe friends, telling stories, or magical playtime adventures. As a child, every imagination was real. Instant super hero abilities, the brown eyed, brown hair little girl had skill. No matter topic, subject, or class size. 

Society and peers direct tension towards writing, journaling, or keeping a secret diary. Someone passionate in a subject or  hobby; society refers to as geek or nerd. Persuasion involving research, critical thinking, that engages in a solution to society defines human intellect.

A teacher, cook, Punky Brewster, gardener, or just a dreamer, potential being endless.

After all as a child, we are told we can be anything we wish to be.  

Generation of strawberry shortcake, Tom & Jerry, garfield, ninja turtles, smurfs, Saturday morning cartoons.  My playground was in the woods. Carpenter skills were introduce by building an underground fort in a natural large hole. Playing in the creek just added to exploring nature.

  Learning skills were fundamental growing up living in the country. Gardening offered  benefits of canning, planting, how to prepare the soil. No matter the chore it had to be done. 

Possibilities are endless with an open mind.

The quest to know why? Understanding the reason behind a purpose.  

Importantly is being open minded. 

Educate the mind to motivate knowledge. One thing no one can take from us is knowledge. Somewhere in life knowing how to do something unexpected will be useful. Troubleshooting skills are a blessing. The influence life offers, to develop any “know how to ” or “do-it-yourself” are key elements to life. 

The precious ability to be a caregiver at 7, I knew was my life purpose. To care for an elderly women gave me emotional growth. Giving the best care to my friend, who broke her hip was priority. Knowing her well- being and health depended on me. Friendship,  rewarded for helping an elderly women with a broken hip. Whatever she needed I did my best to provide quality care.  Sometimes she paid me a dollar and a pack of gum. 

Just the experience gave me knowledge of emotional, mental and physical health. When I felt like she was doing well she left.  Not being able to say- good-bye played on my mind for so long. I knew I would never see her again. She was suppose to write, but never heard from her again. Of course, I wonder but know she has passed on from this earth. The unknown becomes a mystery to the mind over the years. 

The important value to always give your best at all times. Be valued by the positive you had to offer someone. Tomorrow could be to late to say good-bye.  

Good-bye can be tough  emotionally. 

Re-uniting with loved ones or friends that seperated by distance or time. 

The situation regardless has an emotional impact on us. Happy moments can have the same similar effects.

 Sometimes I wonder if that’s why I don’t like good-byes.  I have a hard time emotionally, sentimental, true when having to seperate or distance for a good-bye. 

Why not give others something positive to remember you by? Give your best today and say “your welcome”. Cause “thank you” is for your good deed offered. 

Take a moment reflect on your foundation. 

Has the foundation influenced your career?

🗄An Army of One – Learning To Be Your Own Best friend

Body and Mind

The goal here is to use intellectual experience to connect mental health and well-being. Resources available on the site, and life experiences to influence positive thinking. Inspire and encourage each other to appreciate the value of a healthy mind. Let’s be open minded, encourage positive energy relating to mental health challenges.

Self-confidence, awareness, control or values established consciously. Altered influences can be unconscious failing to control self urges or desires. Keep that self relationship on point. Yes, we fall out of line more than we should time to time. Correcting the dysfunction is important. Allowing self to regroup and focus recover from the disconnect. Awareness self accepts responsibility to a behavior, play factor to reoccurrence. Reoccurrence is accepting poor behavior as habit. Breaking habit can be challenging. It’s important to educate self with resources to overcome negative influences. Encourage routine, A simple smile can circulate for miles. If you catch one, you be glad you did.

At birth; a beautiful gift begins to develop into “self”. Gift of self is a connection that joins body and mind.. This relationship is committed throughout your lifetime. Building a solid core is established by environmental factors. Influences can effect self in many ways. The ability to control those influence vary between connection of body and mind. As physical and mental development take place, the self- is character. Aligning the relationship will be challenging at times. However it’s important to strengthen the connection daily. Time for self helps re-define needs, wants, desire, and motives. Your mind- the master over physical body. Acting to impulse behavior, your body may engage or act inappropriately. Self-conscious to poor behavior reflections character. Poor behavior will carry weight of embarrassment, pain, shame, and reflect poor character. Lesson can be used to encourage positive choices. Self character can prevent and avoid poor behavior. Consequences can last a lifetime.

Establishing healthy mental and physical connection. Learning yourself. Take time to listen to emotions, deal with relationships, overcome financial barriers. Create a plan to value morals. Have routine meetings with yourself to conquer obstacles. Determine the negative impacts your facing with situations. Educate yourself on mental health strategies. Yes, our friends say call me if you need to talk. However, we are busy and so are you. Sometimes it’s to late and we have that endless tearful moment. Everyone’s in bed. So it a great time to find those journaling tools. Expressing the details on paper allows you to release every emotion felt. No judgement, criticism, no embarrassment, you relieve the burden. Later once you get all the tension out, acknowledging a solution can be determined.

Rewarding benefits of journaling reduce stress and support mental health development.  Journaling in my opinion; the secret imaginary friend. Journaling can be referred to by your own choosing. When writing becomes routine, its remarkable how much you learn about yourself. And knowing your own happiness and hell is the road to healthy well-being.

It’s good to sit and chill. Take a minute and embrace the moment. You can learn so much in such short time.

Your not alone, we all have faced troubling, soul shaking tragedy in this lifetime. How you faced the world day in, day out – you did one day at a time. When you lost hope, taking grip to the loss, and climbed up – one grip at a time. The defeat; beat and fragile your body, unsure consequences of one more pull and grip. Extreme pain rips every fiber throughout your body. From beneath the breathe, a force of strength come alive. Courage, fire, and fearless, emerge the voice, “you got this”. That one friend who saves your ass? You got it! “Your mind”!

Your mind is not just a friend. Your mind is the master to all commands. Every step of the day, every breath, and creation body and soul. Conflict within will drive the mind to dark places. Your friend has only one need, you. You must work well to compromise life as best friends. To overcome emotional, physical, and mental challenges – you must join the army of one. That one best friend that has your back, your mind. Positive intake will generate healthy habits. Positive reinforcers enable abilities to remove negative energy as needed. At times, negative elements sneak in and create new behavior. Behaviors- that take slowly disconnect the power cord to your main source. The body and mind lose connection, and negative energy impacts, of careless behavior/ actions.

Bitter “Truth” a separation of body and mind; is not terms for happiness. One relationship you must fight for your entire journey in life. Joined as an army of one- The reflection is always viewed by others.

Of course we have outside influences of friends. The outer friend can offer happiness to life. New friends share influences to our personal space. To know allow friends into our recruiting lounge, being open minded is priority. Determine the influences and requirements to establish friendship. How does friend influence my army? Positive energy or negative energy? When energies connect the influences combine. You just maintain your army on a regular basis. Once the alignment pulls away, unwelcomed habits form as health decline.

Maintaining connection between body and mind should be regularly with alone time. Listen to your emotions, physical needs, mental functions. Practice healthy exercises that re-establish your relationship. The positive and negative outside friends will influence you throughout the lifetime. How you relate to influences are by choice. Time to yourself can enhance personal growth of body and mind. That character is the master behind the scenes.

A healthy self relationship is knowing who your are defined by character. Allowing personal growth can help challenging situation as they surface. Knowing your strengths and weakness will prevent outcome. Knowing solutions to challenging by your own self is important. Do you blow up to small situations and get more defeated? Do you look for resources for advice on situations? Are you strong willed to align body and mind blocking negative influences?

When your eyes went dark, you washed them off,. looking in the mirror you took a moment, glaced at yourself: what did you say? What do you say about your self -best friend?

If you journal release some self energy to yourself. How will you handle situation you deal with now? Write a journal entry to yourself.    Due to demand in social distancing and safety concerns to well-being.  At any moment your product begins to de-appreciation, and lack value don’t fail to ask for assistance. Overtime routine becomes comfortable and comfortable become new influence of poor quality.  The fade in favorable quality wears off and new habits forms.   Resources are available to promote new opportunities and enhance quality.

As a business owner you have the right to be who you want. In order to sell yourself, be truthful, honest and committed.  Represent your word with action. Your product is a demonstration of quality. Quality is highly favorable to existing customers.   Choosing to promote a poor quality product, will run your customers away.  Environmental influence will change product perception throughout life.  How you conduct Business as owner to manage the persuasive competition depends on product.  Customers will degrade many products and intend to belittle the products abilities, overtime. To improve your products positive quality and never feel defeated; Let positive energy define your future product.

If your product has reached full potential – end of Time.  A legacy will be history shared beyond your products expiration date. A legacy of memory of your product; The best days, bad days, the funny jokes, words never forgotten, and quality of your product lives on.  Representation that customers either love to share during conversation. Or customer are angry at your quality of product.  What you produced and shared with customers are stored based on history   Your product will be shared in history, as your reflection of product. The impression of your product left behind can not be erased. Impression can no longer be adjusted, for your product carries a brand that ties to your name. Failure to meet requirements of time; result a history of poor quality. At anytime, modifications for improvement is recommended. It’s never to late to update quality of your product. Make adjustments accordingly, so your products offers an impression of a well accomplished business owner.
